7 Things To Keep In Mind
1. Build your viral loop early on - the sooner the better!
2. Prioritize like crazy your growth efforts
3. Find which distributions channels worked for your competitors - go
the other way
4. Don’t fall in the product dev trap - go 50-50
5. Test as fast as possible all the worthwhile channels and find the one
that really works for you
6. Focus on 3-5 metrics at most and monitor them on a daily basis
7. After the growth curve of a channel flattens, move to the next one
