● This module lets the opencart webstore customers/guest users to generate the
product exchange for the products that they already have purchased from the
store.
● Also, the admin will be able to add product exchange on behalf of the customers.
A separate order id manages the return exchange.
● The admin can set the number of days up to which a customer can request for a
product exchange.
● Apart from that, select the exchange reasons, set up the payment and shipping
methods for the exchange.

Customers can request a product exchange. Both the registered user or a guest user can
ask for the product exchange.

The admin will select the reasons for product exchange that will be available to the
customers for selection.

reasons, and other history along with
customer can see the uploaded image of
exchange product.

The guest user can also send a request for product exchange from OpenCart webstore.

The admin can be able to check all
the product exchange orders placed
by the customers.
The admin can see reason of
exchange request and complete
information about the product.
Also, Admin can add the product
exchange on behalf of customer.
