This document describes a bank management program that provides insightful analytics on bank data. It shows all customer accounts, activities, and relationships in an income statement format downloaded from the core bank system. It enables drilling down to individual account levels and points out that most banks lose money on checking and savings accounts even with overdraft fees. The program also shows that the top 10% of profitable customers provide almost all of the profits, and the bank can direct calling efforts to the top and bottom customers to boost profits and reduce losses.
