• Working as Administrative Assistant with Food & Agriculture Organization of the United Nations
Office New Delhi.
Financial Management & other activities for office and projects
• To ensure sufficient monthly cash inflow from HQ for fund distribution.
• Review and process payments in Global software with full compliance of FAO rules,
regulations, policies and recording systems.

• Travel focal point for all travel related decisions.
• Liaising with travel agent to provide itineraries to travelers, consultants, RAP (Regional office
Bangkok) & HQ (Rome).
• Finalization of travel itinerary with travelers as per FAO rules according to most economical &
direct route.
• Follow UP for TA with RAP, SSC Budapest & HQ & processing TAs for staff and travelers in
GRMS.
• Coordination with travel agent regarding travel itineraries, tickets and visa requirements.
• Follow up for DSA authorization from RAP, AP –payments and HQ.
• Coordination with bank & travelers to provide DSA payments to travelers.
• Issuance of note verbale to travelers to get visa.
• FUP for the refund from travel agent and settling Invoices & Credit Notes.
• Settlement of Travel Expense Claim (TEC) in GRMS.
• Interface with relevant departments in HQ/Regional Office for resolution of travel related
matters.
• Analyze problems and met FAOR (Country Representative) to propose solutions.
Previous Assignment: United Nations Office of Drug Control and Crime [From Jan 2010 to Oct 2011]
• Worked as Programme and Administrative Assistant (SB 3) with United Nations Office of Drug

• Review project documents with regard to compliance with UNODC standard
