2. So where do I, How do I, begin?
CTC Librarians and Library Assistants are available to help in person, by phone,
or by a variety of techie methods such as Library answers or Library guides.
Librarians will be glad to do a one-on-one mini library instruction with you
specific to your research needs. (You may have to set up an appointment
during busier times).

3. Library Answers…we can’t exactly call it Siri, but it IS an intelligent personal assista
and knowledge navigator!! Just type your question….you may well get an
immediate answer or a librarian will follow up with you fairly quickly or just call!!

4. When you are not on campus using CTC Library resources, you will need user
names and/or passwords… don’t panic…you can access these by going to this
