This document summarizes findings from a survey of blog readership in Germany, the UK, France, and the US. Some key findings: - TV remains the primary source for news, but computer use for news is growing, especially in the US. Younger Germans are more likely than older Germans to use computers for news. - Blog readership increased in all four countries from 2006 to 2007, most notably in France. Germans still read blogs less frequently than those in other countries. - "Influencers" (politically active respondents) read blogs more frequently than average respondents across all countries. German influencers were over twice as likely to read blogs as average Germans.
