If India has to succeed in implementing the stimulus package it will be based on measuring the ethical assets we create. In my book I describe Knowledge is the goal of ethics. I explain the same as below:
For example, from the US, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Modernization Act of 1997, before being enacted, solicited comments from all the stakeholders, including the public, globally. FDA rules are rules, where a rule expresses the truth and when it is being certified to have been followed as prescribed, then it justifies conduct. That truth is ethics and that conduct is knowledge. Therefore, knowledge is the goal of ethics.
I also mention that The knowledge base is empty now. That is, the knowledge of conduct. It is universal. Steering the economy without ethical assets, the result of good conduct, being created would be very difficult. By adopting the suggestions given I am confident the stimulus package announced would be of immense benefit to our country.

Matthias Müller, Chairman of the Board of Management of Volkswagen Aktiengesellschaft, has announced the five key steps to realign the Group. “We have to look beyond the current situation and create the conditions for Volkswagen’s successful further development”, said Müller in Wolfsburg on Wednesday. He presented a five point plan that he intends to use so that Volkswagen remains one of the world’s leading automobile manufacturers in the future. Müller is confident that “Volkswagen will emerge from the current situation stronger than before”. He announced that the cornerstones of the Group’s Strategy 2025 will be presented next year.

L'objectif de l'ICPP est d'identifier les domaines d'amélioration qui peuvent en fin de compte bénéficier à toutes les parties concernées, des compagnies maritimes aux gouvernements nationaux en passant par les consommateurs. Il est conçu pour servir de point de référence aux principaux acteurs de l'économie mondiale, notamment les autorités et les opérateurs portuaires, les gouvernements nationaux, les organisations supranationales, les agences de développement, les divers intérêts maritimes et d'autres acteurs publics et privés du commerce, de la logistique et des services de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.
Le développement de l'ICPP repose sur le temps total passé par les porte-conteneurs dans les ports, de la manière expliquée dans les sections suivantes du rapport, et comme dans les itérations précédentes de l'ICPP. Cette quatrième itération utilise des données pour l'année civile complète 2023. Elle poursuit le changement introduit l'année dernière en n'incluant que les ports qui ont eu un minimum de 24 escales valides au cours de la période de 12 mois de l'étude. Le nombre de ports inclus dans l'ICPP 2023 est de 405.
Comme dans les éditions précédentes de l'ICPP, la production du classement fait appel à deux approches méthodologiques différentes : une approche administrative, ou technique, une méthodologie pragmatique reflétant les connaissances et le jugement des experts ; et une approche statistique, utilisant l'analyse factorielle (AF), ou plus précisément la factorisation matricielle. L'utilisation de ces deux approches vise à garantir que le classement des performances des ports à conteneurs reflète le plus fidèlement possible les performances réelles des ports, tout en étant statistiquement robuste.

What should Corporate focus on? 1. Immanuel Kant [1724 to 1804] raised the question whether a science of metaphysics with a logical structure, like that of the well established mathematical and natural sciences, is possible? 2. What is crucial for Corporate, is to bring the abstractions into reality, acknowledge value where value is due, and deconstruct what is valueless. 3. The n-dimensional problems facing the corporate, need to be simplified and resolved. a. There is an urgent need to arrest the deterioration in Corporate Management. IL&FS recently and VW not long before, are the case in point. b. Our Dreams have to be bigger, Our Ambitions Higher, Our Commitment Deeper, And Our Efforts Greater, as Dhirubhai Ambani said, needs to be validated. 2. Nick Leeson to Jérôme Kerviel , Lockheed scandal to Siemens Code of Conduct that was described as - read, laughed and filed code - we have a stream of inefficient Corporate Management System leading to billions of dollars of sheer waste - HP Autonomy, Toshiba and VW topping the list. Corporate Management should change the denominator, it is high time. 3. How corporate can get it done? 1. IBCM - Inactivity Based Cost Management is the most powerful tool as to how to resolve these n- dimensional problems. Activity has a cost incidence whereas Inactivity has a cost consequence, measure cost consequence now, now, now - is the principle behind the five principles it enunciates: CREAM Report is prepared on the basis of these Five Principles. 2. There are five principles attached to it: 1. Principle #1: What gets measured, gets Managed, 2. Principle #2: How to measure? 3. Principle #3: Corporate Atomic Structure 4. Principle #4: Return on Intangible 5. Principle #5: Emergent Property Phenomenon. 4. There are three reasons why Corporate should adopt the Principle of Return on Intangible [RoI], discarding Return on Investment, as the Management Operating System. 1. Principle #3 provides with most powerful Benchmarks and Metrics; establishes 2 process areas by which, Our Dreams have to be bigger, Our Ambitions Higher, Our Commitment Deeper, And Our Efforts Greater, are looked at as Strategy Idea, Strategy Planning, Strategy Plan and Strategy Action respectively, are enabled to measure and work smoothly for an organisation. 2. Principle #4 Return on Intangible is the power source and its utilisation measured consistently. Unutilised power is brought to focus. Ethical Assets are identified and enhanced. 3. Principle #5, Emergent Property Phenomenon is the result of running an organisation with a Goldilocks effect on Management, is a beauty. Fiscal and Ethical Assets are created and run at their desired speed. 5. RoI stands alone and will be exceptional in Corporate Reporting System. 1. Strategy Idea can emerge from the foot-soldier. The designing of 3-D Corporate Atomic Structure enables it. Deconstruct what is valueless. 2. Strategy Planning is the crucial aspect of Management converting an idea into a substance of Quality. That is to say, metaphysical concept links to a physical object. 3. Strategy Plan is a substance of Quality enabling Action. 4. Strategy Action is converting the Strategy Plan into Action, not left unattended as a read, laughed and filed code, but put to action by a team of 5 Members to each process block. The team members are yoked together but work independently. 5. n-dimensional problems are converted into n-problems of one dimension and resolved instantly. Be an investor or corporate manager ROI would establish productivity and growth at an optimum level of performance. Management is a science, as Kant would have liked.
