FRONT LINE STAFF REWARD FRAMEWORK
1. Situation Statement
Bright Horizons Family Solutions is an innovative market leader, providing premium childcare to
professional parents and employers to ensure high quality, educationally based childcare.
The mission is to deliver exceptional care, education and family solutions.
After a period of successful organic and acquisitive growth the organisation is now faced with a
number of reward challenges.
1. The organisation has inherited a variety of reward practices, resulting in people that are
contributing at similar levels being paid differently. There is a need for a commercial, consistent
and market aligned approach to reward that brings all current staff will be bought together
onto the same approach.
2. For front line staff in nurseries, this needs to bring base pay to the upper quartile of the target
market. Pay progression and a standard career pathway will be enabled by this approach.
