5. The premise of “One Night @ the call center” is simple. Its about five call
center agents going through the worst nights of their lives.
Written from the perspective of Shyam, the characters may seem
stereotypically Indian, but that does not mean they’re just random people
with issues. Instead, this characters have their own set of skeletons to their
closet that make them uniquely human. This offers the chance to not only
recognize the stereotypes but also understand that their flaws are what
make them unique.
Boss of call center was a terrible one, he sold a new website made by
Shyam and vroom to London company saying its his and was about to
shift to London kicking all of the workers from the job.
What actually happens? 5
6. The actual twist came when all of 6 people dramatically gets affected by their own
Problems and they leave quails at 2 am. They end up in getting the Qualis skid of
the road into construction site where they battle for life.
It turns out that Shyam gets a phone call then, a phone call from god.
The call is also heard by other's and god tells them the reason
for their misery and how they can overcome it.
The story then speeds up with Shyam and vroom threatening
bakshi, saving the jobs of colleagues and then improving
their lives as well. They have a plan of starting their own web
designing films, and Shyam gets back his love- Priyanka. The
story makes an abrupt change after a phone call from god.

REVIEW:
Well, inclusion of the new character- God was a good idea but
turns out that it didn’t fit the storyline very well. The post-phone
call isn’t that good. One thing why I like Chetan Bhagat’s book is
that he describes the characters in the story really well. He does
the same here- may it be a mysterious story teller girl or Shyam.
The pace of book is really good till the phone call from God And
I was drowned into the story. I feel that the post phone call
Story could have been better.

‘A CALL FROM GOD’ influenced me to read this book.
Therefore with a keen interest I went through the book. This
book describes all those difficulties and problems that call
center workers face in day to day life. It’s a very good book for
all those interested readers.
Every book has some hidden teachings, A good eye is needed
to find this.
9. 9THE CONCLUSION:
The saying goes well for the characters
of the book, “life is like a sweet
melody, only lyrics are messed up !”
Cool book guys, go for it.
