Informative Speech On Carbon-14
I will be telling you about Carbon 14. I will be also talking about Carbon 14 Dating (Radiocarbon
Dating), Isotopes/Atomic Mass Atomic Number. Carbon 14 is an isotope of the element carbon. All
carbon atoms have 6 protons in their nucleus. Most carbon atoms also have 6 neutrons, giving them an
atomic mass of 12 (= 6 protons + 6 neutrons). Carbon 14 atoms have two extra neutrons, giving them
a total of 8 neutrons. Carbon 14 has an atomic mass of 14 (= 6 protons + 8 neutrons). The extra
neutrons make the nucleus of carbon 14 unstable.
Carbon 14 is radioactive! Radioactive carbon 14 (also written as 14C) has a half life of 5,730 years.
14C is used to determine the ages of artifacts that were once living (such as pieces of wood, teeth or
bones, coral skeletons, etc.) via a technique called carbon 14 dating or radiocarbon dating . Some of
the carbon dioxide gas in Earth s atmosphere contains 14C atoms. The supply of CO2 molecules
which contain carbon 14 is continuously replenished in our atmosphere. Cosmic rays from space
sporadically strike nitrogen atoms, converting some common nitrogen 14 atoms into radioactive
carbon 14 atoms.
Carbon 14 dating (also called radiocarbon dating ) is used to determine the age of materials that
contain carbon that was originally in living things. It is often used in ... Show more content on

This tells the scientists how long ago the organism died.14C has a half life of 5,730 years, meaning
that after about five thousand years about half of the 14C will decay and turn into nitrogen. After
several half lives, too little 14C will remain in a sample for it to be useful for dating. Radiocarbon
dating is therefore only useful for samples with ages of less than about 65,000 to 80,000 years. Willard
Frank Libby was an American physical chemist had development of radiocarbon

Regulating the New Zealand Electricity Industry
Laws 437 Research and Writing Topic #2: The application of the Commerce Act to the electricity
industry Regulating the New Zealand electricity industry no longer just Ohm s law Emily Wu
Electricity is a problematic commodity. Unlike other goods and services be those vaccines, education
or tennis rackets the life of electricity is transient and without technology capable of storing it, supply
must meet demand instantaneously. Due to the inherently unreliable nature of demand forecasts (e.g.
an unexpected cold front leads to a demand spike as people turn on their heaters), the grid must also
have the capacity to reach peak demand at all times. In addition to these complicated physical
problems, the location of New Zealand s largest demand centres compared largest generation centres
means there are several infrastructural issues as well. This essay will briefly examine the industry s
regulatory history and discern how the Commerce Act 1986 fits into this regulatory context. The
ability of Part 2 to control generators in net pivotal situations will also be briefly scrutinized. Structure
of the industry The electricity industry can be split 4 ways: 1. Generation: converting other energy
sources (e.g. coal) into electrical energy. 2. Transmission: transferring electricity to local substations.
3. Distribution: delivers electricity from transmission system to consumers. 4. Retail: companies who
buy electricity from the wholesale market and sell it to

Abstraction Of The United States Through The Twentieth...
Abstraction in the United States Through the Twentieth Century Abstraction is the creation of art
without representation of objects, in which the artist has total freedom of the art that they are creating.
I will be using three paintings from three different time periods in order to show the development and
lasting effects of abstraction in the twentieth century. The first work that I will be looking at is
Foghorns by Arthur Dove. I will use this piece to show the beginning of abstraction, and how ideas of
abstraction were present before the movement began. The second painting that I will be looking at is
Jackson Pollock s Lucifer. I will be using this painting as an example of the height of abstraction in
the 20th century and will be discussing Pollock s influence on abstraction. The third piece of art I will
be looking at is Many Mansion by Kerry James Marshall. I will use this work to show the remnants of
Pollock s influence, and the influence of abstraction in general, on art in the later half of the century.
For the development of this paper I looked at two of the course readings. The first reading that I used
was The Tradition of the New by Harold Rosenberg. I used this article to show how Foghorns by
Arthur Dove relates to abstraction, and to show how ideas in creation of this painting can be linked to
ideas of abstract art. The second reading that I used for this paper was The Legacy of Jackson Pollock
by Alan Kaprow. I used this article to gain information about

Kelley Outbreak
The Kelly outbreak is a famous phenomenon in Australia s colonial history. Whilst some people prefer
to see the outbreak as a simple criminal incident between an outlaw and the police, most historians
view it as a broader sociological phenomenon, involving conflict between a larger rural community
and the colonial authorities. An important issue for historians has been to understand the underlying
causes of this criminal outbreak, whether it was mainly due to personal, ethnic or socio economic
factors. This essay will critically examine each of these explanations and argue that the actions of the
Kellys and their supporters, and the reactions of the police can best be understood in terms of broad
socio economic developments in rural ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
These changes, he argues, could not fail to produce profound results , one of which was an outbreak of
social banditry 13 . Evidence from the period strongly supports such a view. The region was first
occupied by squatters during the late 1830s and 1840s, and was largely settled by 1847. By 1850,
several villages were established, there were good seasons and high wool prices .... 14 Between 1860
and 1880 several land reform laws were introduced, intended to halt the monopoly of the squatters by
creating a new rural class from the diggers now experiencing diminishing returns on the goldfields.
These laws made available small freeholds of pastoral land for selection by any man or (single)
woman over the age of eighteen.... 15 This effort to make land available to the new rural classes
proved a failure however. The government s and the selectors knowledge of agriculture, shaped by the
European experience, proved largely to be inapplicable to Australia .. 16 In addition, selection was
opposed and obstructed by the squatters who used their superior knowledge of land conditions,
political and financial influence, and evasion of certain regulations of the Land Acts to amass large
holdings of premium land, leaving poorer land to selectors. ... 17 This situation caused hardship and
poverty among selectors, and stock theft became an increasing problem as the selectors sought to
supplement meagre food supplies and income with stock stolen

Target Corporation Case
Overview/Benefits
CVS Health s buyout of Target s pharmacies and health clinics, was smart and another example of
their aggressive marketing strategy. This buyout has strengthened CVS s position as the largest
dispensary of prescription medications and healthcare clinics in the United States. With the buyout,
CVS gains 1,600 established pharmacies and 80 clinics in 47 states, thus allowing them to expand in
geographic areas where their presence is currently weak.
As part of the deal, the pharmacies and clinics will be re branded under the CVS brand and brand
mark, helping to further CVS s already strong brand awareness and recognition. In addition, CVS will

CVS has strong buying power and should be able to secure discounts from purchasing in bulk. The
costs for CVS should be less than Target s costs, which in theory, would allow them to drop prices
significantly. However, CVS needs to be careful that they don t lower the cost beyond perceived value
to avoid a costly price war which will just eat away at their profits. With that said, some cost savings
should be passed onto the consumer, to attempt to gain their loyalty and start the relationship building.
CVS presumably already has a well developed distribution channel and supply chain. Expansion into
new markets may require additional resources such as outsourcing or additional distribution centers,
geographically located closer to the stores, specifically the Pacific Northwest. Whatever method is the
best fit for CVS.
The last part of the marketing program, promotion, should be part of a bigger program, Integrated
Marketing Communications (IMC). An IMC is necessary because of the scale of CVS and the
importance of having an integrated, consistent message. The IMC should consist of advertising, public
relations, and sales promotion. The unique situation of being physically located within Target, can
allow for some co branding opportunities that may be capitalized

Arkansas stones are actually a type of flint that is more commonly used in the gunsmith industry. For
larger removal of material from an object, there are the India, and Washita stones. They are darker, and
more coarse than an Arkansas stone. India stones are shaped by a process called sintering (forming an
object by heat, and or pressure into a desired shape). India stones are available in fine, coarse, and
medium grades. Ruby stones are super hard, and can remove some really tough materials like tungsten
carbide (they re also more pricey). The U.S. space program provided another stone called ceramic
alumina. They are known for their ability to withstand heat, and also corrosive chemicals. Diamond
stones are both a natural, and synthetic hybrid type stone. With these, diamond particles are embedded

Hurricanes And Its Impact On Hurricanes
Hurricanes, just one of many of mother natures designs. What can start off as a simple tropical storm
can turn deadly within a matter of hours. High winds, rain, and destruction seems to be the basic
understand most have of hurricanes. Which for the most part seems to be correct. Over the recent
years NASA and a team of meteorologist have been working diligently to help better improve the
tracking and prediction of hurricanes. Aside from high winds, there are much more to hurricanes than
what is understood. Before we can fully understand hurricanes we must first look at what causes a
thunderstorm to turn into a hurricane and the history of hurricanes. With rumors that in 1494,
Columbus on his second voyage recorded the first ever hurricane. In addition, we will also be
examining the role of meteorologist, hurricane wind speeds, different categories of hurricanes, how
hurricanes are tracked, and the resources that are available to track and monitor a hurricanes paths.
Lastly, we will discuss the damaging affects that hurricanes have on and off land. With continuous
study and observation, weather forecaster are able to make critical decision in hurricane formation.
We will first begin by explaining the formation of a hurricane and what is needed for a tropical storm
to develop into a hurricane. Tropical storms generally take their time to progress into something
serious. However, before a tropical storm forms four conditions must be present, one being low air
pressure, the

Illusion Of Explanatory Depth
It is difficult to avoid but rather uncomplicated to fix. The illusion of explanatory depth arises
whenever one thinks they know something better than they actually do. In many labs types of research
will measure and correct by asking bystanders topics like, how well do you know how to tie your shoe
or even how does a phone charger simply charges your phone. This powerful concept was discovered
by Leinid Rozenblit and Frank Keil in 2002, they stated: Most people feel they understand the world
with far great detail, coherence, and depth than they really do. Various studies proved that self
knowledge drastically decreased when participants were put to the test to explain how the task in
question operates. The illusion of explanatory depth is often called IOED for short. Adam Waytz
stated in his article A survey was given in 2014 and discovered that at most, six out of ten Americans
only read news headlines and nothing more When one understands the illusion of explanatory depth it
will allow them to combat political extremism. Assistant professor Philip Fernbach and staff showed
that Illusion of explanatory depth clearly was the cause of other policy positions on multiple issues.
Due to all the studies focusing on IOED many suggested that it is powerful for cooling heated
disagreements politically. Behind this fascinating ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

Pros And Cons Of Valentine s Day
February February...there s a lot of things I think about in this month. The first thing I think about is
Valentine s Day, with all the love in the air. Most importantly, the second thing I think about is Black
History. In everybody s mind this is the shortest month of the year, it s about love, and the
appreciation of African Americans. What is Valentine s Day? Valentine s Day is going out your way to
do something for a loved one. But why should people have to really show their love for someone in a
certain month, on a certain day? Love should always be expressed everyday. Valentine s Day was
created by a man named St. Valentine. There are many stories on how this became such a big holiday,
but one story says that he was imprisoned and he wrote the first Valentine to the love of his life
because he was going to die, ending the letter with From your Valentine. Later in life, it became more
about love because people during the middle ages began to realize that during the middle of February
is which the 14th, the birds mating season had beginned which resulted in love. But, I feel that
Valentine s Day has its pros and cons. It is about being loved by someone and being able to express
how you feel towards a loved one. This day is usually men going out their way to do something
special for their significant other. Sometimes it is the women doing something special, but the men are
usually the ones to do something special first. Some people have a really good Valentine s

Pretty In Pink Character Analysis
1. Pretty in Pink and Some Kind of Wonderful are two films both written by John Hughes and directed
by Howard Deutch. They depict themes similar to that of The Breakfast Club. Central themes such as
class and popularity along with secondary themes of angst, love, self discovery, fitting in, and the need
to connect with others are prevalent throughout both of these films. Pretty in Pink is a prime example
for the depiction of class and popularity. Its strong main characters, Andie and Blane, contrast in both
of these categories and they develop into deeper story lines as the movie progresses. Class is a strong
theme throughout the entire film and is presented in unforgettable scenes. Everyone is nervous
walking into their first big high school house party, but the look on Andies face as her and Blane walk
through the door is unforgettable. Clearly someone of a different social status, Andie, a true fashion
icon, dresses how she desires but sticks out like a sore thumb amongst the upper class teens. No one
can forget the iconic line, Nice pearls. This isn t a dinner party, honey , uttered at Andie in this scene.
The clear and evident vulnerability of Andie shows just how uncomfortable she is in this setting along
with the guiltiness of Blane for having brought her there. Class divides their two worlds and creates
conflict throughout the film. A secondary theme that is very popular and might be controversial in the
ending is love. Notable with John Hughes films are

In 1985, the microcomputer industry suffered its worst slump in over a decade. Many new computer
products had been promised or rumored but were not yet available, causing consumers and businesses
(due to recession fears) to delay purchases until they could evaluate the new machines. Moreover, the
home market was saturated and the market for new customers difficult to penetrate. Consumer
preferences also changed. Service and how new products fit into an existing family of products had
become more important. There was a growing demand for personal computers that could
communicate and share information. It was estimated that this demand was growing at 30% a year, or
twice the rate of the overall industry.
APPROACHES OF CHANGE ON STRATEGY
Strategic change views the renovation of a business, not only the way the firm works but also do way
all system is organized, while operational changes only are important to prevent the business to
fail.Mintzberg (1998) has offered five definitions of strategy: as a plan, a ploy, a pattern, a position
and a perspective. Whittington (2001:2) equates four ways to lead to strategy: a classical, an
evolutionary, a processual and a systemic model. The classic approach is basically a traditional view of
strategy, where the strategic plans are drawn up by the senior managers to be implemented by others.
The evolutionary approach is the answer of senior managers to the market,

What Influenced The American Revolution
Throughout the years of 1750 1914, an age of revolutions broke out, causing a global change in
politics. The Enlightenment Ideals influenced this worldwide change, from the social contract,
separation of power, and natural rights. The social contract influenced the revolutions when all
middle/lower class people wanted equality in their country. Natural rights take place in the worldwide
revolutions because everyone wants to live with life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Some
documents that influence these revolutions are the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution,
and The Saint Domingue Constitution of 1801. Natural rights influenced the French and Latin
American Revolutions because the citizens of these areas were yearning for change and needed a
government that would influence equality, and create a constitution to drop the hierarchy of citizens,
and fabricate a civil, utopian society that the citizens actually would appreciate a lifestyle that
acknowledges political and social freedom. As John Locke states, The end of law is not to abolish or
restrain, but to preserve and enlarge freedom. For in all the states of created beings capable of law,
where there is no law, there is no freedom. John Locke s quote inspired quite a handful ... Show more

Being Ernest Satire
In The Importance of Being Earnest, Oscar Wilde satirizes people in the Victorian Era for believing
that their ideal romantic fantasies are pragmatic and attainable in reality. The play s utilization of
comedy of manners, through satire, aims criticism at the higher classes of society. Wilde shows that
even though upper class citizens have a lavish lifestyle it does not mean that they can also obtain a
romance that is as equally extravagant. Wilde s usage of comedic tools, such as hyperboles and ironic
concepts, emphasizes how people s expectations and high standards can often jumble, as well as lead
them astray, from the actuality of romance and how it is flawed rather than flawless, and that no one
will always get the fairytale ending they ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Here, Wilde conveys that Gwendolen is determined to marry a man named Ernest because she not
only considers it a divine name but also a charming name. Gwendolen is head over heels for name
Ernest that if it were any other name she would not show any interest. A similar instance occurs later
on in the play when Algernon, who, at the time, is going by the name Ernest, proposes to Cecily and
Cecily says, ... it had always been a girlish dream of mine to love some one whose name was Ernest
(Wilde Page 33). Both Gwendolen and Cecily s preference for the name Ernest is an example of how
Wilde pokes fun at how females are obsessed with style, appearance and all things aesthetic. Their
preference for the name Ernest reveals that Gwendolen and Cecily already have a premeditated idea of
what name they would like their future spouse to have, completely overlooking the reality of how
being narrow minded can inhibit one s options in finding romance in the first place. Moreover, Wilde
displays that women are picky and tend to go overboard and exaggerate due to the fact that they want
to have control over every aspect of their love

Settlers Vs. New England Colonies
Facing the New World
Entering a new territory filled with countless opportunities and possibilities came with prices to pay
and times of hardships for the pioneers from England. They quickly came to realize that the grass was
not always greener on the other side. They settled in different areas along the east coast, such as New
England, which included New Hampshire, Massachusetts Bay, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. The
other settlers came ashore just south of New England called the Chesapeake region, which included
Virginia and Maryland. When comparing the two groups, they both had different and similar ways of
thinking and establishing life in this new and unfamiliar territory. Without a doubt, both experienced
obstacles that they were forced ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Since Virginia was a predominantly agricultural region, the social gap between wealthy and poor was
exponential. In Virginia, there were the wealthy farmers and the poor slaves. There were very few
middle class citizens. The main source of income for the Chesapeake region was trade and distribution
of tobacco. Still lacking a substantial amount of females, the colony did not expand as fast as it
potentially could have.
New England lacked a significant social gap. Mostly everyone was middle class with the exception of
a very few. While New England was able to have some type of agriculture, they relied mostly on
industries such as shoemakers and blacksmiths and trade. Factors such as population and resources
allowed them to develop rapidly. This lead to large cities for this era and a healthy economy.
Ecological differences forced different economical strategies for the two groups of settlers to pursue.
However, the differences in them opened up a way of trade. Both New England and Virginia benefited
from trade by getting things they desired that were difficult for them to obtain on their

School Safety Has Become A Hot Topic
To know how open and accessible our schools used to be when I was in school, and even once I
started teaching. Through these years, school safety has become a hot topic. Safety is not only
protecting schools from predators, but also from the poorly maintained aging school buildings. We
need to find ways to make our schools accessible, and not feel like we are locked in a jail at the same
time. The buildings, especially older schools, need be closely monitored for any type of hazard that
may hurt the occupants inside. Gun control in the past couple years has caused much controversy;
therefore, many states have not approved teachers to carry a concealed weapon into the classroom.
There are some people who believe this would be the answer to protecting our students; however,
there are also some who believe this will give our students a sense of fear, they will always feel they
are in danger. Finally, we also have to ensure that our children feel emotionally safe in the classroom
and not fear the idea of learning something new. There are steal security shutters on the windows, all
exterior doors are locked, and all doors within the building must stay locked, you must check in the
office and run your driver s license to get a visitors pass, and sometimes you may have to walk
through a metal detector. This is not a jail; however, this is a school in today s society. In order to be
considered safe, there are safety procedures all schools must follow. The

Bernini s style is just recognizable because of his engagement and drama, texture, movement and
naturalism of his artworks, which is completely expressed in the fountain of the four rivers. This
master piece was from the beginning designed and sculpted by Bernini and Bernini s workers. This
was not the case for the fountain of the moor. This fountain, which was originally designed by della
Porta with just a central dolphin and four tritons, lacks detail. If we compared these two fountains we
can noticed that the fountain of the four rivers is carefully made in detailed. It has movement, it
expresses something. Just considering the obelisk surmounted by the dove in the fountain of the four
river makes us realized how passionate was Bernini in his pieces, which is the same detail and
expression that reveals the center master piece in the moor fountain. The difference in technique
between these two fountains as well as the design style between della Porta and Bernini, from what he
modeled to what Bernini s did in the fountain of the four rivers, is just simple, stagnant and not

Islam Is The Religion Of The Muslims
Islam is the religion of the Muslims, a monotheistic faith regarded as revealed through Muhammad as
the Prophet of Allah. The origin of Islam is dated back to 622 A.D. in Saudi Arabia. Muhammad
experienced an angelic visitation. This is how the secular world views the start of Islam, but according
to Islam there are much deeper roots. According the the Quran, it did not originate with Muhammad,
but it was given by Gabriel to Muhammad. Surah 26:192 195 says, This is a revelation from the Lord
of the universe. The Honest Spirit (Gabriel) came down with it, to reveal it into your heart that you
may be one of the warners, in a perfect Arabic tongue. Muslims trace their faith back to Abraham, but
they rather follow the family line of Ishmael to be traced to Muhammad. As Christians we focus on
the family line of Isaac and trace it to Jesus. They say that Abraham and Ishmael established the rites
of Hajj, or pilgrimage, which Muslims still practice today. Those are the basic origins of the Islamic
faith. We can relate Christianity, Judaism, and Islam based on the fact that they trace their roots back
to Abraham. Although, we can see many differences between these religions in different beliefs. Islam
is the youngest of the major World Religions. Although, it is already the second youngest, and by 2020
it is planned for there to be about 2.2 billions Muslims which is how many Christians there are now.
There are many well know Muslims that include Dr. Oz, Shaq, Kareem Abdul Jabbar,

Ecological Perspective
The Ecological Perspective The ecological perspective conveys the elaborate transactions between
people and their environments (Greene, 2008). In order to understand someone, one must be able to
understand the environment that he/she is a part of. Relatedness, competence, niche and habit,
goodness of fit, and power are all important concepts that contribute to the ecological perspective.
Relatedness is the capacity to form human relationships or connect with other people (Greene, 2008).
Greene (2008) proclaimed that the ability to relate and connect with other people begin with consistent
parenting. Antonio struggles in the ability to connect to others and creating relationships with his

People and their environment are interdependent upon one another, creating a process of adaptation
that is biological, psychological, social, and cultural (Robbins, 2011). Being unable to adapt can create
a lack of fit between the person and his/her environment, where one s needs are not met in their
environment, in which this case Antonio experiences. Antonio and his environment are unable to
depend on each other, having unsuccessful transactions between them. Antonio has a supportive
environment, with Hilda nurturing him as a mother, Rainbow Services as a comprehensive agency,
and his friend Roberto to play with him. The only problem is that Antonio has not been experiencing
successful transactions with his environment entirely, but has adept to disturbed and troubled behavior.
There needs to be changes or modifications from within or externally in order to help Antonio fit

Identification And Identification Of Fingerprints
Exactly how unique are fingerprints ?
Background
Fingerprint classification was first introduced by Jan Evangelista Purkinje in 1823 as described in the
article Clinics to Dermatology. Fingerprints have since been used in the forensic science world as an
accepted tool in criminology and used for the identification of people. Fingerprints was built on the
theory that all fingerprints are unique, no two are alike. Thus fingerprints are considered a type of
individual evidence, evidence that can pinpoint a specific person Purkinje, a Czech physiologist,
divided the lines found in a fingerprint into nine types, each based on their geometric arrangement.

A fingerprint is defined by Mark R Hawthorne in Fingerprints: Analysis and understanding as the
impression or reproduction left on any material by the friction skin of the fingers, Most often we see
the impression left by fingertips or the bulb of the finer (pg.19). Minutiae is a term often used when
discussing fingerprints which refers to the major features of a fingerprint, using which comparisons of
one print with another can be made.
Fingerprint Database
When forensic scientists look at fingerprints there is no set number as to exactly how many
characteristics of a fingerprints, or it s minutiae they have to look at. Currently the FBI recommends
look at twelve minutiae twelve different sites or points in a print. When a fingerprint is found at a
crime scene it is usually first ran the the fingerprint identification system to see it can find any

Scarcity In Nineteen Eighty-Four By Big Brother
One hundred percent of US society functions on scarcity; it is the reason people face choices and
tradeoffs. In economics, scarcity refers to limitations insufficient resources, goods, or abilities to
achieve the desired ends. Figuring out ways to make the best use of scarce resources or find
alternatives is fundamental to economics. Without scarcity there would be unlimited resources and
everyone would be able to get whatever they would like, thus eliminating competition and making
everything free. Such a utopian society can t possibly exist, as the entire economic system would
collapse with no incentive or any return for investment. Scarcity creates inequality between people as
they compete with each other for resources. In the book 1984, Big Brother ... Show more content on

How The Transportation Is Effecting The City
Globally, cities are facing problems of the population is living over a greater distance and travelling
further and more often (). Oil consumption is increasing but the supply is not increasing. Local
governments are facing the issue of how do they plan a city that can accommodate these changes?
Four studies reviewed cities and how the transportation is effecting the city. The case study cities were
Christchurch, New Zealand and Minneapolis, United States of America. This cities are similar because
they both have large populations living in suburbs who have to travel long distances for work, school,
leisure, socialising and more. In both cities, cars are stilled the popular mode of transport. Transport
can have effects on the surrounding land but not all the time. People are traveling to work differently
to previous generations. All of these issues explain the situation of the transport systems in
Christchurch and Minneapolis.
One issues that was raised in the readings is that cars continue to be a popular choice for residents in
both cities. Previous studies have shown that cities with high density living, use less cars because most
people walk or catch a bus due to everything they need being so close to their home. This pattern is
not happening in the case studies. Cars are the preferred mode of transport even if the residents have
access to public transport. In Minneapolis, residents do not tend to use the rail networks. One reason is
because commercial activities tend

to cover her head even before coming to Iran. She likewise permits her little girl to be named Mahtob,
which was an Iranian name. Through these endeavors, Betty tries to turn into a piece of the way of life
to which her spouse had a place. Betty s marriage was a union of Western society and Islamic society.
Albeit there were numerous distinctions in the way of life of Betty and her spouse Moody, they lived
agreeably after their marriage. Living in America, Betty and Moody drove an upbeat and placated

Where there is no struggle, there is no strength. Oprah Winfrey Oprah Winfrey displays a common
occurrence of struggle in the everyday life of each individual across the world. Struggle is a universal
obstacle everyone faces some more than others. While struggling may bring strength to some, the
hardship can take a toll on others. People all across America face some type of struggle whether it be
clearly seen or hidden underneath the surface. One of the main struggles that children in America face
today is poverty. Living in poverty can not only be detrimental to them everyday, but to their future.
Throughout history we have tried to redress this issue several ways. Rather than providing them with

themselves. Childhood poverty in the United States can be ameliorated through education. 51% of
children in the United States are in poverty.(Huffington Post) This statistic displays that more than half
of the adolescents in the United States battle with the issue of poverty everyday. The number of
children facing this struggle continues to grow every year. These children due to their low economic

The AR 15 s operation is based on the direct impingement (DI) gas system. When a round is fired in
the DI gas system, gas from the expended round is tapped from the barrel and transferred back to the
firearms operating system via a gas tube. The gas unlocks the bolt and cycles the action to load the
next round. This process, over time, produces a buildup of residue on the rifles action which can
negatively impact its reliability if not properly maintained. In addition, under sustained fire, the gas
tube can fail if not properly maintained. The AK 47 s operation is based on a gas piston operating
system. Like in the AR 15, when a round is fired, gas from the expended round is tapped from the
barrel, but instead of being directed back to the operating system it is used to cycle a piston system. In
this process, the gas is trapped in a piston cup, away from the action, which forces the piston rod to
impact the operating system, which in turn cycles the action and loads the next round. With the gas
piston system there is much less residue buildup in the rifles action and no gas tube to fail. This gives
the AK 47 superior reliability and the ability to operate even without proper maintenance over
extended periods of

that time, the entire Universe was inside a bubble that was thousands of times smaller than a pinhead.
It was hotter and denser than anything we can imagine. Then it suddenly exploded. The Universe that
we know was born. Time, space and matter all began with the Big Bang. In a fraction of a second, the
Universe grew from smaller than a single atom to bigger than a galaxy. And it kept on growing at a
fantastic rate. It is still expanding today. As the Universe expanded and cooled, energy changed into
particles of matter and antimatter. These two opposite types of particles largely destroyed each other.
But some matter survived.

The War Of 1812 Pitted Two Western Powers
The War of 1812 pitted two western powers against one another, the newly established United States
of America and the ancient United Kingdom. Battles raged on for roughly two and a half years,
resulting in what many agree ended in a tie. What many disagree with is how the war came to fruition.
The two research papers within Retrieving the American Past seek to connect the dots. Firstly,
Reginald Horsman cites many concrete reasons behind the warfare: British impressment, calling back

Although both papers contain the truth, Horsman s comes much closer to explaining the reasons
behind the War of 1812. McCoy speaks through the eyes of the Jeffersonian community, not the entire
American population. Due to its smaller scope of the relevancy, Mccoy s paper is less effective than
Horsman s. Drew McCoy s paper includes much more depth into the Jeffersonian mindset. The
American economy depended largely on the exportation of farm grown items. Clearly, access to
foreign markets is a must for success. These markets were made inaccessible by the presence of
British ships scattered about the passageways to France and other European countries. Jeffersonians,
peaceful by definition, suggested a lengthy embargo. This holdout would put pressure on Americans to
manufacture within their country, thus building a feeling of unity. However, the embargo lasted for a
little longer than a year and a half, yielding no positive results for America. Jefferson himself was
attacked and accused of resisting commercialism. It was soon decided that foreign commerce was best
for the country s economic welfare. As McCoy states, the Jeffersonians were presented with two
options: ... accept the failure of peaceable coercion to remove restrictions on American commerce and
submit to the British orders in council, or they could attempt, through military means, a forcible
assertion of America s right to an independent and unrestricted access to

The company owns 17 gardens spread over 9500 hectares. Goodricke has built up a strong equity in
the tea business with its superior quality of tea enabled by continuous investments in upgrading
production and manufacturing facilities. Primarily a seller in the auction market, Goodricke now has
an equal proportion of sales in the bulk and packet tea segments, besides a significant presence in the
export market. India is the largest producer and consumer of tea in the world. Tea plantations in India
are concentrated in the North East (Upper Assam, West Bengal (and the South (Kerala, TamilNadu).
Tea production in 1998 was a record 870mnkg. Domestic tea consumption is estimated at around
625mn kg. and has been growing at an average annual rate of 4% p.a. Production on the other hand
has grown at a CAGR of 3%. The exportable surplus has therefore been declining over the last few
years. Exports in 1998 amounted to 206mn kg. Global tea production is highly concentrated in a few
countries like India, China, Kenya and Sri Lanka Indian tea bushes are very old and therefore
productivity is quite low. This leads to a higher cost of production as compared to the same in
countries like Kenya and Malawi. While India and China have a large domestic market, other
countries mainly produce for exports. International tea prices are therefore largely linked to the tea

Analysis Of Crane And American Manhood
Crane, as evidenced by his interest in the military, did not object to war, but rather, Casey writes, to
the previous generations monopoly of it and with that monopoly their stranglehold over the cultural
conceptions of American manhood (18). Civil War veterans believed that the younger generation of
men was both soft and ignorant of the world s brutality, and since they had not been exposed to war,
the young men were considered to be less masculine. Casey explains the younger generation s
frustration with these beliefs, Men like Stephen Crane, who grew up long after the war had ended, felt
a sense of belatedness when confronted by veterans claims to cultural superiority and uniqueness. To
the younger generation these claims suggested that true manhood was no longer available even though
society argued that it was necessary for full citizenship (2). The younger generation was given a
contradictory message that said they were supposed to have traditional masculine qualities as part of
society, yet, at the same time, they were denied the acknowledgement of these qualities by the older
generation of veterans. Casey writes, Civil War veterans, both in the novel and in the larger culture,
seemed wholly unwilling to relinquish their authority, thereby blocking the path to adult manhood for
the rising generation (4). Red Badge, then, contains Crane s representation of the struggle for
manhood between the younger generation and the aging Civil War veterans in the

My Personal Experience With Heavenly Mother
Heavenly Mother, the New Jerusalem is the female image of God that gives eternal life in the Last
Days. For thousands of years people have known we have a Father in Heaven. What many still do not
know is that there is a prophecy being fulfilled right now, this very moment. This states that wo not
only have a Father in Heaven, but we also have a Heavenly Mother who is being revealed in the Last
Days to give us eternal life. I can truly believe in The New Jerusalem because I have personal
experience with her, the Bible clearly testifies about her as the spiritual life giver, and anyone can see
evidence of this fact even in nature.Through my personal experience with Heavenly Mother, I can say
truly she is God almighty, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
I came for the nest Sabbath day and that day I was baptized. That hole was filled, my heart was full,
and it knew that Heavenly Mother had saved my soul.Among the many prophecies in the Bible, one of
the most important is that concerning Heavenly Mother who gives life. Jesus came to this Earth about
two thousand years ago and he taught his disciples the way through which they could receive
salvation, that is, the Passover (Jn 6:53.) Even at that time hecould have given eternal life and taken
them to Heaven, but instead he told them to wait until the Last Days (Jn 6:54.) This is because that is
the time Heavenly Mother appears. In Matthew 22:1 10 Jesus told a parable, in which he compared the
Kingdom of Heaven to a wedding banquet. Being invited to thewedding banquet is the same as being
invited to the Kingdom of Heaven. To have a wedding there must be a groom, a bride, and guests. In
the parable there is a groom, and guests, but no bride even thoughthe bride is the most important piece
of a wedding. This is because she was not ready at Jesus s firstcoming, but at his second coming. That
s why Revelations 19:7 NIV says Let us rejoice and be glad and give him Glory! For the wedding of
the Lamb(Christ) has come, and his bride has made herself ready! The bride is ready in the Last Days.
Rev 21:9 10 say that this bride is the New Jerusalem coming down out of Heaven. Just as Jesus is not
a physical lamb, this Jerusalem is not

Meanings Of A Word Gloria Naylor Analysis
Language is a powerful ensemble of instruments that all eject different tones. How instruments are
played, effect the tone that is given. The way language is used affects the feelings that are released.
The power of language has different uses: it can hurt or heal, it can destroy relationships or build new
ones, it can make a girl feel like nothing or make her feel as though she is on top of the world. No
matter what language is used for, it can make a huge impact, how language is used determines
whether the impact is positive or negative. In her essay The Meanings of a Word , Gloria Naylor s
effective depiction of language is revealed through syntax, diction, and imagery.

Naylor uses diction to compare the use of nigger to other equally derogatory words. Had he called me
a nymphomaniac or a necrophilliac, I couldn t have been more puzzled (3). The words
nymphomaniac, necrophilliac, and nigger all have negative connotations. By using these words,
Naylor reveals how hearing nigger was derogatory and demeaning. Naylor s word choice gives a clear
idea of the negative connotation nigger held in the classroom. Naylor elaborates on her view of the
term in paragraph 5, And so among the anecdotes of the triumphs and disappointments in the various
workings of their lives, [..] . Naylor uses triumphs and disappointments to show the contrast of
meaning nigger had in her everyday life. The word choice shows flexibility in language and describes
how terms have the capacity to change in meaning. Later in the paragraph, Naylor exhibits a positive
depiction of nigger , In the singular, the word was always applied to a man who had distinguished
himself [...] (5). Naylor uses uplifting diction by including distinguished in her description and it
shines a positive light on the term nigger . As a whole, Naylor s diction adds on to how broad

Essay On Prescription Drug Addiction
Currently, prescription drug addiction is the most serious problem among all the other drug addictions
that exists. Several researches have shown us that, addiction to any drug whether legal or ill legal, is a
brain disease which can be treated efficiently. But similar kind of treatment is not apt for all the
individuals who suffer from prescription drug addiction. Prescription drug addiction is not at all
different from addiction to some other substances or from alcoholism. However, for medical reasons,
no one is prescribed to take cocaine or alcohol. Historically, it has been observed, that the most under
reported drug abuse problem is the prescription drug addiction. Two types of commonly ill treated
drugs are benzodiazepines which are used to reduce anxiety and opioids which are used to manage
pains. Long term use of opiates may lead to addiction and physical dependence. Abandoning
benzodiazepines is generally mild. The common symptoms are nervousness, insomnia, and
restlessness which can be relieved by quitting the drug slowly. Painkillers may relieve pain for the
time being but those suffering from intense pain, may need narcotics to overcome it. Prescription drug
addiction and also the withdrawal from it may be more harmful than any other substance due to the
dangerous nature of these drugs. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

  • 2. Informative Speech On Carbon-14 I will be telling you about Carbon 14. I will be also talking about Carbon 14 Dating (Radiocarbon Dating), Isotopes/Atomic Mass Atomic Number. Carbon 14 is an isotope of the element carbon. All carbon atoms have 6 protons in their nucleus. Most carbon atoms also have 6 neutrons, giving them an atomic mass of 12 (= 6 protons + 6 neutrons). Carbon 14 atoms have two extra neutrons, giving them a total of 8 neutrons. Carbon 14 has an atomic mass of 14 (= 6 protons + 8 neutrons). The extra neutrons make the nucleus of carbon 14 unstable. Carbon 14 is radioactive! Radioactive carbon 14 (also written as 14C) has a half life of 5,730 years. 14C is used to determine the ages of artifacts that were once living (such as pieces of wood, teeth or bones, coral skeletons, etc.) via a technique called carbon 14 dating or radiocarbon dating . Some of the carbon dioxide gas in Earth s atmosphere contains 14C atoms. The supply of CO2 molecules which contain carbon 14 is continuously replenished in our atmosphere. Cosmic rays from space sporadically strike nitrogen atoms, converting some common nitrogen 14 atoms into radioactive carbon 14 atoms. Carbon 14 dating (also called radiocarbon dating ) is used to determine the age of materials that contain carbon that was originally in living things. It is often used in ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This tells the scientists how long ago the organism died.14C has a half life of 5,730 years, meaning that after about five thousand years about half of the 14C will decay and turn into nitrogen. After several half lives, too little 14C will remain in a sample for it to be useful for dating. Radiocarbon dating is therefore only useful for samples with ages of less than about 65,000 to 80,000 years. Willard Frank Libby was an American physical chemist had development of radiocarbon ... • 3. Regulating the New Zealand Electricity Industry Laws 437 Research and Writing Topic #2: The application of the Commerce Act to the electricity industry Regulating the New Zealand electricity industry no longer just Ohm s law Emily Wu Electricity is a problematic commodity. Unlike other goods and services be those vaccines, education or tennis rackets the life of electricity is transient and without technology capable of storing it, supply must meet demand instantaneously. Due to the inherently unreliable nature of demand forecasts (e.g. an unexpected cold front leads to a demand spike as people turn on their heaters), the grid must also have the capacity to reach peak demand at all times. In addition to these complicated physical problems, the location of New Zealand s largest demand centres compared largest generation centres means there are several infrastructural issues as well. This essay will briefly examine the industry s regulatory history and discern how the Commerce Act 1986 fits into this regulatory context. The ability of Part 2 to control generators in net pivotal situations will also be briefly scrutinized. Structure of the industry The electricity industry can be split 4 ways: 1. Generation: converting other energy sources (e.g. coal) into electrical energy. 2. Transmission: transferring electricity to local substations. 3. Distribution: delivers electricity from transmission system to consumers. 4. Retail: companies who buy electricity from the wholesale market and sell it to ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 4. Abstraction Of The United States Through The Twentieth... Abstraction in the United States Through the Twentieth Century Abstraction is the creation of art without representation of objects, in which the artist has total freedom of the art that they are creating. I will be using three paintings from three different time periods in order to show the development and lasting effects of abstraction in the twentieth century. The first work that I will be looking at is Foghorns by Arthur Dove. I will use this piece to show the beginning of abstraction, and how ideas of abstraction were present before the movement began. The second painting that I will be looking at is Jackson Pollock s Lucifer. I will be using this painting as an example of the height of abstraction in the 20th century and will be discussing Pollock s influence on abstraction. The third piece of art I will be looking at is Many Mansion by Kerry James Marshall. I will use this work to show the remnants of Pollock s influence, and the influence of abstraction in general, on art in the later half of the century. For the development of this paper I looked at two of the course readings. The first reading that I used was The Tradition of the New by Harold Rosenberg. I used this article to show how Foghorns by Arthur Dove relates to abstraction, and to show how ideas in creation of this painting can be linked to ideas of abstract art. The second reading that I used for this paper was The Legacy of Jackson Pollock by Alan Kaprow. I used this article to gain information about ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 5. Kelley Outbreak The Kelly outbreak is a famous phenomenon in Australia s colonial history. Whilst some people prefer to see the outbreak as a simple criminal incident between an outlaw and the police, most historians view it as a broader sociological phenomenon, involving conflict between a larger rural community and the colonial authorities. An important issue for historians has been to understand the underlying causes of this criminal outbreak, whether it was mainly due to personal, ethnic or socio economic factors. This essay will critically examine each of these explanations and argue that the actions of the Kellys and their supporters, and the reactions of the police can best be understood in terms of broad socio economic developments in rural ... Evidence from the period strongly supports such a view. The region was first occupied by squatters during the late 1830s and 1840s, and was largely settled by 1847. By 1850, several villages were established, there were good seasons and high wool prices .... 14 Between 1860 and 1880 several land reform laws were introduced, intended to halt the monopoly of the squatters by creating a new rural class from the diggers now experiencing diminishing returns on the goldfields. These laws made available small freeholds of pastoral land for selection by any man or (single) woman over the age of eighteen.... 15 This effort to make land available to the new rural classes proved a failure however. The government s and the selectors knowledge of agriculture, shaped by the European experience, proved largely to be inapplicable to Australia .. 16 In addition, selection was opposed and obstructed by the squatters who used their superior knowledge of land conditions, political and financial influence, and evasion of certain regulations of the Land Acts to amass large holdings of premium land, leaving poorer land to selectors. ... 17 This situation caused hardship and poverty among selectors, and stock theft became an increasing problem as the selectors sought to supplement meagre food supplies and income with stock stolen ... With that said, some cost savings should be passed onto the consumer, to attempt to gain their loyalty and start the relationship building. • 11. Illusion Of Explanatory Depth It is difficult to avoid but rather uncomplicated to fix. The illusion of explanatory depth arises whenever one thinks they know something better than they actually do. In many labs types of research will measure and correct by asking bystanders topics like, how well do you know how to tie your shoe or even how does a phone charger simply charges your phone. This powerful concept was discovered by Leinid Rozenblit and Frank Keil in 2002, they stated: Most people feel they understand the world with far great detail, coherence, and depth than they really do. Various studies proved that self knowledge drastically decreased when participants were put to the test to explain how the task in question operates. The illusion of explanatory depth is often called IOED for short. Adam Waytz stated in his article A survey was given in 2014 and discovered that at most, six out of ten Americans only read news headlines and nothing more When one understands the illusion of explanatory depth it will allow them to combat political extremism. • 12. Pros And Cons Of Valentine s Day February February...there s a lot of things I think about in this month. The first thing I think about is Valentine s Day, with all the love in the air. Most importantly, the second thing I think about is Black History. In everybody s mind this is the shortest month of the year, it s about love, and the appreciation of African Americans. What is Valentine s Day? Valentine s Day is going out your way to do something for a loved one. But why should people have to really show their love for someone in a certain month, on a certain day? Love should always be expressed everyday. Valentine s Day was created by a man named St. Valentine. There are many stories on how this became such a big holiday, but one story says that he was imprisoned and he wrote the first Valentine to the love of his life because he was going to die, ending the letter with From your Valentine. Later in life, it became more about love because people during the middle ages began to realize that during the middle of February is which the 14th, the birds mating season had beginned which resulted in love. But, I feel that Valentine s Day has its pros and cons. It is about being loved by someone and being able to express how you feel towards a loved one. Sometimes it is the women doing something special, but the men are usually the ones to do something special first. Some people have a really good Valentine s ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 13. Pretty In Pink Character Analysis 1. Pretty in Pink and Some Kind of Wonderful are two films both written by John Hughes and directed by Howard Deutch. They depict themes similar to that of The Breakfast Club. Central themes such as class and popularity along with secondary themes of angst, love, self discovery, fitting in, and the need to connect with others are prevalent throughout both of these films. Pretty in Pink is a prime example for the depiction of class and popularity. Its strong main characters, Andie and Blane, contrast in both of these categories and they develop into deeper story lines as the movie progresses. Class is a strong theme throughout the entire film and is presented in unforgettable scenes. Everyone is nervous walking into their first big high school house party, but the look on Andies face as her and Blane walk through the door is unforgettable. Clearly someone of a different social status, Andie, a true fashion icon, dresses how she desires but sticks out like a sore thumb amongst the upper class teens. No one can forget the iconic line, Nice pearls. This isn t a dinner party, honey , uttered at Andie in this scene. The clear and evident vulnerability of Andie shows just how uncomfortable she is in this setting along with the guiltiness of Blane for having brought her there. Class divides their two worlds and creates conflict throughout the film. A secondary theme that is very popular and might be controversial in the ending is love. The Enlightenment Ideals influenced this worldwide change, from the social contract, separation of power, and natural rights. The social contract influenced the revolutions when all middle/lower class people wanted equality in their country. Natural rights take place in the worldwide revolutions because everyone wants to live with life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Some documents that influence these revolutions are the Declaration of Independence, U.S. Constitution, and The Saint Domingue Constitution of 1801. Natural rights influenced the French and Latin American Revolutions because the citizens of these areas were yearning for change and needed a government that would influence equality, and create a constitution to drop the hierarchy of citizens, and fabricate a civil, utopian society that the citizens actually would appreciate a lifestyle that acknowledges political and social freedom. Wilde shows that even though upper class citizens have a lavish lifestyle it does not mean that they can also obtain a romance that is as equally extravagant. Through these years, school safety has become a hot topic. Safety is not only protecting schools from predators, but also from the poorly maintained aging school buildings. We need to find ways to make our schools accessible, and not feel like we are locked in a jail at the same time. The buildings, especially older schools, need be closely monitored for any type of hazard that may hurt the occupants inside. Gun control in the past couple years has caused much controversy; therefore, many states have not approved teachers to carry a concealed weapon into the classroom. There are some people who believe this would be the answer to protecting our students; however, there are also some who believe this will give our students a sense of fear, they will always feel they are in danger. Finally, we also have to ensure that our children feel emotionally safe in the classroom and not fear the idea of learning something new. The Oscillating Universe states that the universe is involved in an endless series of Big Bangs, followed by Big Crunches that restarted the cycle and make it endlessly. The Steady State Universe which states the continuous creation of matter throughout the universe to explain it apparent expansion. This type of universe would be infinite, without beginning or end, however since mid 1960 s this theory have been proved that is not correct. The Big Bang Theory which is the most accepted in most part of the science community and the one that is implemented in the educational system around the globe. The Big Bang Theory began about 4 billion years ago. At that time, the entire Universe was inside a bubble that was thousands of times smaller than a pinhead. It was hotter and denser than anything we can imagine. Then it suddenly exploded. The Universe that we know was born. Time, space and matter all began with the Big Bang. In a fraction of a second, the Universe grew from smaller than a single atom to bigger than a galaxy. And it kept on growing at a fantastic rate. It is still expanding today. As the Universe expanded and cooled, energy changed into particles of matter and antimatter. These two opposite types of particles largely destroyed each other. But some matter survived. ... • 40. The War Of 1812 Pitted Two Western Powers The War of 1812 pitted two western powers against one another, the newly established United States of America and the ancient United Kingdom. Battles raged on for roughly two and a half years, resulting in what many agree ended in a tie. What many disagree with is how the war came to fruition. The two research papers within Retrieving the American Past seek to connect the dots. Firstly, Reginald Horsman cites many concrete reasons behind the warfare: British impressment, calling back the return of American soldiers deemed responsible to serve in the Royal Navy, upon the American army, meddling with maritime trade between the States and European nations (notable France), and inciting or taking part in Indian attacks against the colonies. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Although both papers contain the truth, Horsman s comes much closer to explaining the reasons behind the War of 1812. McCoy speaks through the eyes of the Jeffersonian community, not the entire American population. Due to its smaller scope of the relevancy, Mccoy s paper is less effective than Horsman s. Drew McCoy s paper includes much more depth into the Jeffersonian mindset. The American economy depended largely on the exportation of farm grown items. Clearly, access to foreign markets is a must for success. These markets were made inaccessible by the presence of British ships scattered about the passageways to France and other European countries. Jeffersonians, peaceful by definition, suggested a lengthy embargo. This holdout would put pressure on Americans to manufacture within their country, thus building a feeling of unity. However, the embargo lasted for a little longer than a year and a half, yielding no positive results for America. Jefferson himself was attacked and accused of resisting commercialism. It was soon decided that foreign commerce was best for the country s economic welfare. As McCoy states, the Jeffersonians were presented with two options: ... accept the failure of peaceable coercion to remove restrictions on American commerce and submit to the British orders in council, or they could attempt, through military means, a forcible assertion of America s right to an independent and unrestricted access to ... • 43. Analysis Of Crane And American Manhood Crane, as evidenced by his interest in the military, did not object to war, but rather, Casey writes, to the previous generations monopoly of it and with that monopoly their stranglehold over the cultural conceptions of American manhood (18). Civil War veterans believed that the younger generation of men was both soft and ignorant of the world s brutality, and since they had not been exposed to war, the young men were considered to be less masculine. Casey explains the younger generation s frustration with these beliefs, Men like Stephen Crane, who grew up long after the war had ended, felt a sense of belatedness when confronted by veterans claims to cultural superiority and uniqueness. To the younger generation these claims suggested that true manhood was no longer available even though society argued that it was necessary for full citizenship (2). The younger generation was given a contradictory message that said they were supposed to have traditional masculine qualities as part of society, yet, at the same time, they were denied the acknowledgement of these qualities by the older generation of veterans. Casey writes, Civil War veterans, both in the novel and in the larger culture, seemed wholly unwilling to relinquish their authority, thereby blocking the path to adult manhood for the rising generation (4). Jesus came to this Earth about two thousand years ago and he taught his disciples the way through which they could receive salvation, that is, the Passover (Jn 6:53.) Even at that time hecould have given eternal life and taken them to Heaven, but instead he told them to wait until the Last Days (Jn 6:54.) This is because that is the time Heavenly Mother appears.
