process which combines and transforms various resources which
are used in organizations.
Ex- machinery, raw-materials, manpower, etc , into value added
products/services in a controlled manner and as per the policies
of organization.
The set of inter related management activates which are
involved in producing products is known as “ production
Management” . Ex- producing soap, paste,scooty, pen, etc
