Office Centre LLC is a One Stop Solution for the needs of businesses all over the UAE. We are
an online retail store with showrooms at Barsha Heights (TECOM), Shop G-6 & G-8, iRise
Tower, Hessa St to supplement our e-commerce platform.
We deal with any and all office supplies, technology, and office furniture all aimed to be
delivered right to your doorstep. The internet is the future of commerce and we are capitalizing
on this growing market of internet users in the UAE. Furthermore the UAE has seen
phenomenal growth the last 2 decades and will continue to experience this for the foreseeable
future. We are here to support businesses in all of their needs from the initial fit out, to the
final touches of stationary.
We are also highly focused on the needs of the average end user, understanding that people
often do not have the time to take out of their work schedules to go out and buy stationary and
tech essentials. As such we have built our online platform for the speedy buyer of the 21st
century in the most user friendly manner possible.
However, we understand that there are a large number of consumers that refuse to buy
furniture and technology without physically seeing and understanding the feel and design of
the product. This is why we have opted out of a purely online model and instead have adopted
a hybrid model of online and offline to appeal to all sectors of the market.

service, and efficiency. We deliver stationary the day of or the day after the order is placed.
Regarding furniture, our deliveries are typically dispatched within one to three days of the
order being placed.

Our E-Commerce platform, OfficeCentre.ae is the heart of our business. We recognize
the transformation of the marketplace and the evolving needs and habits of the 21st
century consumer. This has led us to firmly believe that the core to success in the new
marketplace is to be easily accessible online. We have built our e-commerce model with

BIOGRAPHY
Office Centre LLC was founded in Dubai in 2015 as an arm of Office Land Limited, a
company established in West Africa in 1998. We are actively engaged in the following
business lines;

Our Environmental Management System involves us in assessing the environmental impacts of our business and
the projects we execute, via definition of the applicable environmental aspects and the potential environmental
impact of each aspect. Using a risk assessment approach we determine a significance rating for each aspect,
which involves assessment of the likelihood of occurrence, detection, and consequence. Significance ratings are
ranked, and actions necessary to eliminate or mitigate the environmental impact are determined, documented
and implemented. This process forms the basis of our Environmental Management Programs for each project we
undertake. An Environmental Protection Plan specific to a project is raised and implemented which identifies
aspects, impacts, targets and project specific limits for discharges (to air, land and water) to be achieved or
bettered, responsibilities for action, and relevant procedures to be complied with. Our programs encompass
design via selection of processes and equipment that are environmentally “friendly” and minimize impacts,
“green” procurement, construction and commissioning practices that avoid or minimize spills and discharges via
the usage of appropriate techniques, facility operation that meets applicable environmental legislation and
standards, and addresses eventual decommissioning, i.e. a cradle to grave approach.
Our Safety Management System is based the objective of preventing injuries and accidents and our project-
specific programs are essentially similar to the Environmental Management process described above, involving
assessment of risks to safety in design, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation and
decommissioning. During the design phase of a project, techniques to assess and mitigate safety risks include:
design reviews, constructability reviews, HAZIDs, HAZOPs, HAZCONs, Quantified Risk Assessment (QRA),
Safety Action Monitoring Systems. These are employed in the project program to identify and assess risks,
quantify risk levels and determine actions to bring risks as low as practical (ALARP) and within tolerable limits.
These are predominantly Design Safety techniques, and are documented in Project Specific Design Safety Plans
originated early in the project lifetime for subsequent implementation. During manufacture, installation and
commissioning, Occupational Health and Safety techniques are employed to prevent injuries and accidents.
These include Safety Induction, Job Safety Analysis, Toolbox talks, Safety incentive schemes, origination and
