 On July 23, 2013, EXECOM approved the proposed

 During the August 2013 Board Meeting, Board Resolution
No. ___ s.2013 on the CY 2014 Premium Schedule for the
Employed Sector was approved.
 On October 3, 2013, PhilHealth Circular No. 27 s.2013
was signed and published in the Philippine Star on October
5, 2013.
