Maior levantamento sobre os hábitos de informação dos brasileiros, a Pesquisa Brasileira de Mídia 2015 (PBM 2015) confirma que brasileiros passam mais tempo navegando na internet do que assistindo TV. No entanto os dados mostram a televisão ainda como meio de comunicação predominante (maioria dos entrevistados diz assistir); o rádio continua o segundo meio de comunicação mais utilizado pelos brasileiros; e os jornais são os veículos mais confiáveis.
O jovem internauta brasileiro possui, em média, perfil em 7 redes sociais. As mais populares são: Facebook (96% possuem perfil), YouTube (79%), Skype (69%), Google+ (67%) e Twitter (64%). É o que mostra um estudo do Conecta apresentado no youPIX SP Festival 2014.
avegar nessas redes é um hábito de 90% dos internautas de todo o país com idade entre 15 e 32 anos. Outras atividades comuns na web são buscar informações (86%), acompanhar notícias (74%), assistir a vídeos (71%), ouvir música (64%) e trocar e-mails. “Engana-se quem já decreta a morte dos e-mails, já que esses jovens ainda recebem em média 2,8 emails diariamente”, avalia Laure Castelnau, diretora executiva do CONECTA.
Boa parte do acesso às redes ocorre em dispositivos móveis. O aplicativo do Facebook está presente em 88% dos celulares dos jovens, seguido dos aplicativos de email (84%), YouTube (81%) e WhatsApp (79%). Em tablets, o Facebook está instalado em 61%, os e-mails em 57% e o YouTube em 59%.
Em alguns casos, o uso desses aplicativos já se tornou um vício: 89% dos internautas estão continuamente conectados ao Facebook, 87% ao WhatsApp, 80% aos emails e 63% ao Instagram.
No caso dos aplicativos de entretenimento, serviços e informação, os mais usados são jogos (66% em celulares e 54% em tablets), previsão do tempo/clima (54%/29%), internet banking (39%/29%) e notícias (34%/28%).
Ainda de acordo com o estudo, 47% dos internautas gostam de dar feedback às marcas e 40% querem interagir com suas marcas favoritas dando seus feedbacks. Um terço dos jovens internautas brasileiros (34%) acreditam que as informações mais confiáveis sobre as empresa são as divulgadas em seus websites, porém 41% declaram que para encontrar informações confiáveis sobre marcas, produtos e serviços buscam outras fontes de informação.
Já os banners irritam 43% dos internautas, mas, ao mesmo tempo, 49% prestam atenção e 44% concordam que essas peças contêm informações interessantes sobre promoções. A pesquisa aponta também que 41%, na maioria das vezes, se cadastram impulsivamente para receber emails com novidades e depois acabam nem prestando atenção nessa comunicação. Os cadastros mais frequentes para receber newsletter ocorrem nos sites de e-commerce onde costumam realizar compras (47%), em sites de emprego (39%) e das marcas favoritas (36%). “É preciso estar atento à frequência de envios, já que para metade dos entrevistados, uma newsletter por semana é suficiente”, afirma a executiva.
A pesquisa foi realizada entre os dias 2 e 9 de julho de 2014, com 1.513 internautas de todos os estados do país, sendo 1030 participantes do painel CONECTAí e 483 internautas da base do youPIX.
Saber utilizar as mídias sociais, blogs os demais canais de conteúdo são pontos extremamente importantes para se construir uma audiência na internet. Mais do que executar, a noção de que "você é o que compartilha" assume um papel de cultura e ideologia do seu posicionamento do mercado.
