- financial services and healthcare sectors are among the least engaged industries, with retail up towards the top
- a hardcore of sceptics exists
- 34% of respondents don't believe there'll EVER be ROI from commercial social media activity.

EMPRENDEDORES CREATIVOS: TRANSFORMANDO SUEÑOS EN REALIDADES.
En un entorno de incertidumbre, si queremos conseguir resultados distintos, es necesario hacer cosas distintas y transitar por espacios diferentes, arriesgarnos y experimentar en los procesos de diseño y creación. Necesitamos salir de nuestro entorno, mirar fuera y compartir con personas que puede no opinen como nosotros y que aporten su propia mirada.
Queremos conseguir paulatinamente una mentalidad abierta, que se pregunta continuamente: ¿Y sí lo hiciéramos de otra manera? ¿Y por qué no?, en lugar de repetir: esto no va a funcionar o siempre se ha hecho así. Y en este viaje, debemos re-encontrarnos con nuestro lado más creativo e incorporarlo a nuestra forma de plantearnos nuestras metas.
A través de este taller organizado por Murcia Empresa y AJE Región de Murcia aprenderemos cómo la creatividad nos ayuda a desarrollar empresas con futuro. Emprender no es solo constituir una empresa, es mucho más. Es una actitud, una forma de enfrentarse a los retos, de mirar con mente abierta, inconformista, creativa… Y esta actitud la podemos incorporar a todas las áreas de nuestra vida, independientemente de la forma jurídica que adoptemos en nuestro proyecto empresarial.
Objetivos
– Entender las bases de la creatividad y el proceso creativo personal.
– Identificar qué lo inhibe y qué estrategias lo potencian.
– Aprender las claves de una sesión de creatividad grupal.
– Poner en práctica distintas técnicas de generación de ideas.
Metodología:
De forma práctica se realizarán ejercicios que faciliten la toma de contacto de nuestras propias emociones y cómo gestionarlas para el mejor uso dentro de la empresa y la organización. Será un espacio de compartir experiencias, emociones y se tratará de aprender mecanismos para enfrentarse a situaciones difíciles de gestionar.

– Personas que deseen desarrollar su potencial creativo menores de 35 años.
