Taylor Simpson is a United States citizen and a trained Planner by profession.
Taylor completed his studies for Planning in 2012 at Ball State University.
Taylor has been with NUSSLI since 2014, hired in as a project estimator. Since
then, he has taken on additional roles, including: Project Controller and the
primary coordinator of tender documents and bid submissions.
In his short time with NUSSLI, he has gained valuable expertise and experience
as an estimator/controller, and in bid submissions. He has worked with major,
high complex, projects worldwide.
Responsibilities Taylor Simpson has the overall responsibility for NUSSLI (US) LLC:
• Enter and maintain accurate budgets/estimates for various company projects
• Lead the development of project budgets, as needed, and time schedules
(includes, but is not limited to scope with deliverables, organogram chart, and
schedule) in collaboration with Team leaders
• Update and evaluate the accuracy of the project forecast by assessing actual
cost incurred and physical progress achieved for all phases of projects
• Report any potential problems/problem areas to Management
• Consolidate data/schedule in project cost reports for Management approval
• Report, on a rolling basis, performance and form improvement methods
• Determines proposals concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and
needs; studying request for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings
• Improves proposal-writing results by evaluation and re-designing processes
• Responsible for submitting a completed bid to existing and/or prospective
clients, on time and within budget (if applicable)
• Attends and actively participates in core team update meetings
