Using our directed flow model, it became 
increasingly apparent what backlogs we needed 
to address in the system and where we had to 
increase our attention to maximize efficiency 
gains for key areas such as waiting time, number 
of incoming patients, and satisfaction.
The average waiting time decreased by 28% 
after Nuovii came in and applied our directed 
flow model.
Although the resources of the hospital stay the 
same, the hospital now has the capabilities to 
prepare for an increased client pool.
Another thing that Nuovii did for the hospital 
was creating an efficient and standardized 
protocol which contributed to the hospitals 
increased capability in providing quality care 
for their patients.
The bottom line is, Nuovii believes that helping 
hospitals in developing countries through 
management consulting and healthcare 
solutions would result in increased patient 
satisfaction across the board.
