This document outlines the requirements for an NCLEX preparation reflective activity assignment. Students are instructed to track their performance on ATI Capstone assessments and identify two concepts of greatest opportunity. For each concept, students must describe the learning need and how it relates to the NCLEX test plan, propose two learning strategies and two resources to address the need. Students are also required to attend a Live Review session and reflect on how it helped with their two concepts and describe three test-taking strategies they will implement. The document provides an example student's assessment trends table identifying their top two concepts as Management of Care and Reduction of Risk Potential.
