SDAP CHANGES ANNOUNCED FOR 2013
NAVADMIN 076/13 announced changes to Special Duty Assignment Pay. Check the message to see if
Sailor’s at your command are affected. Ultimately CO’s are responsible for ensuring all criteria are met for
SDAP for each sailor and that the amount of Sailors with SDAP do not exceed the billets authorized. In
addition, Sailors who are entitled SDAP must ensure that they are certified and serving in that role. Finally,
Sailors are authorized only one SDAP entitlement at a time; don’t forget the annual recertification begins
in June. Additional guidance on recertification will be released. Questions can be directed to PSC Bates,

are effective immediately and decreased levels are effective 30 days after the release of this NAVADMIN.
Sailors who are within six months of SEAOS with a denied final-active (DFA) PTS status as a result of a
previous application marked "intends to separate" may contact their respective enlisted community
manager (ECM) to request a FLEET RIDE-PTS reset for an additional PTS in-rate application. If an
additional PTS in-rate application is requested, any approved SELRES PTS quota will be canceled. Sailors
