Additionally, there are FAQs regarding application processes for sailors with various Sea Operational Availability periods and specific guidelines for Command Career Counselors.

UPDATE TO FLEET ENGAGEMENT TEAMS
Representatives from Navy Personnel Command's (NPC) Fleet Engagement Team will visit the Mayport Area,
18-20 November to discuss the latest personnel policies impacting the Fleet. The schedule of events has
remained the same with the exception of the Naval Air Station Jacksonville visit, the updated schedule is
below:

NOVEMBER PACT QUOTAS RELEASED
The ratings projected to have the greatest opportunity for eligible Professional Apprentice Career Track
(PACT) Sailors applying for a rating in November are Aviation Boatswain's Mate Equipment, Aviation
Boatswain's Mate Fuel, Aviation Boatswain's Mate Handling, Aviation Ordnanceman, Damage Controlman,
Electrician's Mate, Machinists Mate, Culinary Specialist (SRB Available), Operations Specialist and
Boatswain's Mate. Encourage your PACT Sailors to think about the above ratings! Questions concerning

C-WAY RACK AND STACK FAQ’S
There are no October Rack and Stack (RNS) applicants. All October applications will be submitted in
November.
- Applications listed with an October 2013 processing month (submitted and saved) were automatically
updated to reflect as November processing month.
- Sailors with an April 2014 SEAOS were automatically reset to apply for one more SEAOS look in November.
- Sailors with an August 2014 SEAOS were automatically reset for 1 additional look for INRATE in November.
- Sailors with a January 2014 SEAOS applying for their last SELRES look were automatically reset for one
addition SELRES look in November. Command Career Counselors (CCC) will need to create the SELRES
application.
- Sailors with a PRD of August 2014 were not reset for an additional Special Circumstance-PRD look in
November. CCCs are directed to create a Special Circumstances-Other application. Under "Explain Other"
CCCs are directed to enter the following: "Sailor's PRD is August 2014. This is the Sailor's last PRD look."
