The note should be placed after all
punctuation except for dashes.

shortened form of information about
the source.
 the author’s last name
 the shortened title of the source
 the page where you found the information

the footnote with commas, not

page consecutive times, use the word
“Ibid” in the footnote. (“Ibid” is a
shortened form of the Latin word ibidem,
