Bobby G. Skaggs has over 40 years of experience managing and conducting surveying and construction projects for municipalities and transportation authorities in Oklahoma. Some of his most notable roles include serving as Chief Surveyor for the City of Oklahoma City from 2006 to present, managing hundreds of GPS surveys of the city's control network. He also performed semiannual bathymetric surveys of the Oklahoma River and managed engineering, construction, and land surveys for the city. Additionally, Skaggs has extensive experience managing and inspecting infrastructure construction projects such as water and wastewater treatment facilities, water and sewer lines, airports, and turnpikes across Oklahoma.
