Since 2016, he has managed the survey department of Abu Dhabi Marine Dredging Company in Bahrain, where he was responsible for building the team and overseeing all survey activities for a large land reclamation project.

I have 35+ years’ experience in the survey industry. I originally specialized in Hydrographic, Offshore
Geophysical Surveys and pipe laying operations. During that period I was involved in all aspects of offshore
operations including online/offline, Report Coordinator, Party Chief and Client Representative.
Since July 2016 I have put my management skills and substantial experience toward managing the survey
department with Abu Dhabi Marine Dredging Company (ADMDC) in Bahrain. I was hired to build a strong
team of all levels of surveyors and create an efficient and effective department. The East Sitra Housing
Project was/is a six square kilometer land reclamation project composed of seven separate and challenging
islands. This included a kilometer long causeway with four embedded culverts. The department was
mandated to survey offshore to support dredging operations and provide topographic surveys and
geophysical positioning for all stages of the reclamations construction. I was responsible for all aspects of
the department’s activities.
