2. RELIGION
At the end of the eighth century the
Vikings were pagans and polytheists until
they converted to Christianity in the
eleventh century.
In 1536 King Christian III imposed
Lutheranism until years later was in
decline and was lost.
Currently the most of it´s habitants are
religious and very few are not.

In the north the climate is cold
and very rigurous. There are
some ice and snow.
In the south the climate is
maritime, mild summer rain
too rarely very cold in winter.
