An innovative Agriculturist and community developer equipped with a wide range of
knowledge and expertise in project planning, management,implementation,
monitoring, evaluation, Climate Change adaptation and mitigation, Disaster Risk
Reduction Management, HIV/AIDS, Nutrition Crop andanimal production and
Management, Environmental management,Sanitation and Hygiene.
I am a self-starter, disciplined, fast learner, innovative, an excellent communicator, a
great team worker and result oriented. I am a great motivator and thrive under pressure.
Accepting challenges is the foundation of my life experiences and something I do with
confidence. I need little direction to complete assigned tasks. My main objective is to
contribute to sustainable socio-economic development of Malawi through superior
planning, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
WORK EXPERIENCE
ACF Spain
Position : Food Security and Livelihoods Officer ( 1st September 2016 – up to date)
Duties
 Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with local leaders and their
community
 Identifying thematic areas in coordination with the FSL Supervisor
 Managing programs include both gardening activities and cash distribution activities
 Assessing positive and negative impacts of some livelihoods and culturally sensitive
livelihoods activities and experience in mitigating them
 Coordinate and share information with gathered with other nutritional program managers
 Coordinate with Monitoring and evaluation for result oriented assessments
 Identify the data collection tools appropriate for each monitoring activity
 Responsible for taking consistent follow ups of the program activities to ensure that
program objectives and outputs are achieved and activities are implemented in
accordance with standard rules and regulations

 Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with buyers
 Identifying and linking with potential markets
 Managing financial and asserts distributions
 Planning day to day management of farm activities
 Providing technical support and direction to all workers at the farm

Position : Food and Cash Distribution Monitor (November 2015 – June 2016)
Duties and Achievements
 Conducted mass awareness campaigns on prevention, withstanding and mitigating the
major risks/threats to food insecurity i.e. resilience to ensure food security.
