Lecture at OXFORD University: On 18th Feb 2014, delivered a guest lecture on
“Strategies for Humanitarian assistance and interventions for people living in difficult
circumstances”.
Pedal tap for inculcating hand wash practice among IDP children:
I have invented the pedal tap - A simple device to teach and inculcate hand washing
practice among IDP children. A 20 liter container of with small holes beneath the cap
is filled with water and attached with a wooden plank and rope tied through a hole
in the cap. As only the soap is touched with the hands, the device is very hygienic. A
gravel bed is used to soak away the water and prevent mosquitoes.
ASMT method for development support:
I have developed a method of management comprising of Spotting – Motivating –
Targeting (ASMT) to assess existing teams with spotting the strengths and
weaknesses and then Motivating the individuals towards achieving the Targets.

This method is evolving and it adopts various tools and techniques in different
combination. It is a hybrid kind of model that aims at assessment of existing teams
with spotting the strengths and weaknesses to unleash the potential to overcome
challenges and deliver the best outcomes.
