 Identification of the right skills and competencies as
required by the industry and employers stays at the
heart of all the various vocational education &
training supported by SSDF. The SSDF Training
Need Analysis (TNA) is the continuous process that
runs throughout the year and it greatly helps in
identifying the training and development needs for
any subject trade. It also helps the R&D section to
propose new training areas and activities.

 SSDF works for youth development though different activities and interventions
including social, ethical, emotional, physical and cognitive competence
building. Various programmes have been organized and executed to help and
engage youth towards a better and progressive society.

 Gender equality and women empowerment has been our core
objective since the inception of the organization. SSDF focuses
on catering local needs and at the initial stages, working to
offer all those opportunities to our society to alleviate poverty,
which are currently unavailable due to innumerable reasons.
