Company Overview
Centre for Skill Development and Training (CSDT) came into being in July, 2011 with the
objective to emancipate and enable the weaker sections of the society by providing awareness,
training and skill development programs.
Since the time of its inception, CSDT has been working relentlessly to achieve its objective. From
corporates to school kids, CSDT is catering to all segments of the society vide its myriad
programs. CSDT endeavours to enhance its footprint exponentially and bring each individual
under the universal umbrella of equality, compassion and growth.
About us
CSDT offers training solutions across India over a variety of subjects ranging from statutory
compliance, corporate interventions, employee welfare, skill development, outbound interventions
and enabling modules for kids.
CSDT is in sync with the latest trends and practices of the industry. We promote the modern
approach of training so as to ensure that the individuals/organisations are prepared to take on the
contemporary challenges.

Our Culture
We have an open culture here at CSDT. We respect diversity, equality and inclusion at our
workplace. We are open to ideas and are not averse to strong feedbacks. At CSDT, everyone is a
hands-on contributor and feels comfortable sharing ideas and opinions. We have a perfect blend
of experience and enthusiasm in our team.
CSDT is a passion driven organisation and our objectives are a strict derivative of our passion. All
our products are in conformity with the objectives of the organisation.
Our Beliefs
• The Motto: We as an organisation believe in engaging with everybody to transform their lives
and thus evolving the society from a good state to a great state.
• Equality in Diversity: Ours is a diverse nation with numerous fragmentations. We are divided
by religion, caste, gender and socio-economic status to name a few. We may not be able to
eradicate these boundaries but we can certainly blur them by enabling all, so that they may
realise their potential.
• Let us see the change: We believe that we can achieve tangible results through interactive
training programs. Our interactive programs are objective based and are designed to meet the
ends. The structured approach in conceptualising the program along with the impeccable
delivery style becomes a perfect recipe for a training program that can instigate the change.
• Deliver us Quality: Quality is just not a word for us, it is sacrosanct. Before roll down, all our
products are tested on the touchstone of quality. We strive to deliver the best and nothing but
the best.
• Ordo ab Chao: We believe that order can be brought from chaos through structured trainings.
We design our modules to streamline the thought process of an individual. Our endeavour is to
create a communication channel through which organised information can be passed on
rationally.
• Competing with thyself: We are in constant competition with ourselves. We believe that it is
the challenge that propels us forward and it should be ever eluding. There is always a scope
for improvement and we strive to improve with every outing.
