Present At present working with M/S Maral Overseas Ltd as a Dy.Manager Maintenance., A company of LNJ
Bhilwara group (having interests in textiles, graphite and power sector) having total state of the art
computerized textiles machines from Switzerland, Japan,USA and Germany for process machines.
The company has ISO; 9001, 14001 and 18001 certifications and also taken up Six sigma, Kaizen,
Quality circles and performance management initiatives and now working on TPM.

 Budgetary Planning, maintaining the spares and maintain the inventory.

Storming and its report.
 Calculation and analysis base work on consumption of Process house steam, cold water,
hot water and maintenance of hot water recovery unit, condensate recovery unit

Responsibility
 Plant availability: Scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Spare
parts planning and Inventory control. Manpower planning and execution of maintenance
activities. Preparation of department MIS report. Condition monitoring activities. Job
allocation and on job training to manpower on daily basis. Co-ordination with other
department. Preparation of work orders, job execution and bill verification.
 People Development and Systems implementation: Implementation of WCM, TPM
Projects, EnMS 50001:2011, 5S etc. Preparation and record keeping as per systems.
Training the manpower for compliance to the systems. Training to workmen for skill up
gradation.
 Cost control: Preparation of budget of the section and monitoring expenditure with respect
to budget. Analysis of repetitive failure and taking preventive actions to eliminate losses.
Monitoring of contractor cost by continuous focus on overtime. Monitoring maintenance
consumption detail. To carry out small modification required in maintenance for longer life of
spares used. Avoiding idle running of the plant for power saving and better plant
performance.
 Environment and Safety: Identifying and eliminating unsafe areas, points and practices.
To ensure checking of safety tools-tackles, pressure vessels and maintain the records.
Ensuring implementation of safety procedure by providing on job training to manpower.
Creating safe working environment by analysis of near miss and fatal accidents.
 Improvement / Modification: Identification of new projects (Capex work) and proposal
making for improvement. Indenting of materials required for Capex / Modification job
execution after sanction. Checking of technical details and drawings. Work order preparation
for execution of new projects. Bill verification after completion of project / modification
work.
