Our technicians hold various Cisco certifications – CCNA, CCNP, CCIE – and other technology certifications, like Juniper. Plus they have actually tested and used the equipment. You talk to a qualified technician who really knows the equipment the FIRST time. Responsive service, rapid resolution: Because you talk to knowledgeable technicians right away, NHR expedites problem solving. We err on the side of your network uptime. We had one customer call with an issue late in the afternoon, and troubleshooting took a few hours. Our service technician and customer care team authorized a replacement to ship that day, just in case. Support for Cisco, Juniper, Extreme and Foundry: NetSure allows you to consolidate service contracts for many brands with one provider Current, previous generation and EOL support: NetSure also provide support on a larger range of current and older products. If you have a Cisco 6509, you can no longer buy a new SMARTnet contract on it, but NetSure covers it and your new 6509-E. Flexible contracts; no re-certification fees: Our maintenance program offers flexibility to save money – never more critical than now. NHR equipment failure rate is less than 1%, well below OEM average. And if there is a problem are customers are covered because all used equipment carries a free on-year warranty. This protects our customer. Even if the equipment isn’t installed immediately, it’s still under warranty. Even OEMs typically only offer 90 days of coverage.
You may not be familiar with ISO and TL 9000 certification, so I wanted to share some additional information about what this means to our quality processes. ISO 9901:2000 AND TL 9000 TL 9000 defines the quality management system that the telecommunications industry uses for all facets of product and service development and delivery, and it’s advantageous for companies that supply the telecommunications industry – like NHR – to follow the same quality system. The TL 9000 standards are derived from ISO 9001:2000, another more common certification that you may recognize. To earn our dual ISO 9001:2000 and TL 9000 certification, NHR’s customer care, procurement, equipment testing and order fulfillment processes underwent a rigorous, independent audit to ensure they met elite standards.
