Communications become easier and understandable. Each of family members will
give full support to their family’s business

People would love to work with a company which closed on Sunday. They will have
time to rest and do other activities with friends and families. Workers will feel
ready and fresh to start working on Monday after a rest on Sunday.
People before profit
They will ensure their products have a good quality to make sure customer is
satisfy. They concentrate on service-related issues in their store while the
administrative task is handled through headquarters.

Have a good quality workers
To have a good quality of workers is important in pursuing successful business. The
organization is depending on their workers’ quality of work to expand for the next
level. In order to have good employees, the selections must be based on their
experience, skills and combine with their ethics and moral issues.
Respect their employees
Employees are the main part of a successful organization. They play the main role
and without them, the organization cannot be operates. Have a respect to
employees and make them feel special and appreciated.
Focus on customer satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is important to company growth and profits. The
organization should focus on customer service more than making profits. Profits
will come after customer.

organization in the direction of the McCoy or Chick-fil-A cultures?
Challenges to achieve sales target
The main challenge is to achieve sales target and to be competitive with other
competitors that operates seven days per week. Without one working day, the
company will lose one day sales and further more, it is on Sunday.
Lose customer on Sunday
Once a customer is happy with the products and services, they will always come to
the organizations and become regular customer. The challenge here is when the
regular customer wants to have the services on Sunday and the organization is not
operating on that day.
Might have to use expensive technologies
In order to cover sales on Sunday, the organization might have to use expensive
technologies that work faster and effective. For a new starting organization or a
small budgeted organization, this will be challenges for them to equip their staff
with new and expensive equipments.
