• If the training has a specific end date, the student will have to wait until
the course or plan is finished to download the certificate.
• If the training does not have an end date, the student may download the
certificate as soon as he or she passes the course or plan.

Creation of Activities
• If a course is already published and you add an
activity to it, its sessions will be created in draft
status.
• This way, we can modify its configuration before
notifications are sent to users.
• WATCH OUT! Now you have to remember to publish
the session as it is created in draft status.
