47. 3. This film’s development began 4 years before it was actually
released in cinemas. Following the initial delay due to the departure
of the hired director (since he was “not comfortable with staying away
from his family for almost a year”), the film was postponed because of
a 9.0 undersea earthquake and the consequent tsunami.
The film was postponed once again so as to allow the lead actor to
work on another film. Moreover, a new scriptwriter was hired to
rewrite the original script.
Although the film was released in July in the USA, it was not until
September that a particular East Asian country got to watch it, since it
was believed that the latter might find an iconic scene in the movie
insensitive, thanks to its history with the USA.
ID the film.
48. 4. Having kickstarted the superhero craze more than a decade
ago, Bryan Singer ended up ditching the X-Men franchise in favor
of Superman Returns for Warner Bros., terminating his original
deal with 20th Century Fox in the process.
The film, unlike Singer’s previous films, failed to capture the
audience who found it not only dull and boring, but also
unnecessarily lengthy.
Later on, he would regret his departure but would go on to
explain that the “circumstances didn’t allow for it to happen.”

66. 1. X is an AI created by Ultron to be his wife. X was based on the
brainwaves of Janet van Dyne, the first Wasp and Hope van
Dyne's mother from Ant-Man.
In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Tony Stark is seen selecting a
replacement for J.A.R.V.I.S. from a plethora of new AI butlers. He
ultimately settles on FRIDAY, but not before coming across an AI
named X.
In Greek mythology, X was the Queen consort of Thebes, mother
and wife of Oedipus. This is where the X complex, the opposite
of Oedipus complex, derives its name from.
ID X.
74. Where will you find a list containing these names?
• Bill Cosby
• Lindsay Lohan
• Mike Tyson
• Miley Cyrus
• Charlie Sheen
• Ozzy Osbourne
• Vladamir Putin
• Lil Wayne
78. Jason Momoa’s ties to the comics universe is longer than what
many know. Contrary to popular belief, his role as Aquaman for
DC Comics isn’t the first role that he was offered in comics films.
He had auditioned and had been offered the role of X in
_________ which ultimately went to another actor because
Momoa turned it down saying he was tired of playing brutes,
and that he wanted his children to see their father happy.
Interestingly, some of Momoa’s Ronon in Stargate: Atlantis, Khal
Drogo in Game of Thrones, and Conan the Barbarian in the 2011
film of the same name.
Give me X.
86. X is a device in Kirby’s Fourth World setting in the DC Universe,
considered to possess wondrous powers and abilities not
understood even by their users.
X appears briefly in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice in the
footage that Batman obtains from Lex Luthor. It ends up being
the final component that transforms Victor Stone into Cyborg,
thereby saving his life.
In the game Injustice 2, X is portrayed as a reward that comes in
5 different tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond.
ID X.
94. X is an English translation of a famous Latin adage which has
been used to describe Napoleon Bonaparte’s foreign policy.
In Suicide Squad, Margot Robbie’s Harley Queen smashes a store
window in the middle of a suicide mission. In the smash and
grab scene, a mannequin in the store is found to have the Latin
version of the phrase written on it over and over again.
X has also been used by a Marvel character, Frank Castle in the
2004 film, The Punisher.
If you are into WWE, you’re probably familiar with this phrase.
Give me X.
98. “It’s a nod to Trayvon, no question,” he said. “Trayvon Martin
and people like him. People like Jordan Davis, a kid who was
shot because of the perception that he was a danger. When
you’re a black man in a hoodie, all of a sudden you’re a
criminal. That’s something we shouldn’t have to deal with, but
we do. It’s a double standard. We can’t cover our head when it’s
cold and raining because God forbid someone sees us and puts
our life in danger. We wanted to pay homage to that—it’s not
something we were shying away from… We were watching the
news, and it was always someone being shot who was
unarmed, and there is no justification for it. It’s mind-boggling.”
How did ‘he’ pay homage to that?
106. Dennis Coles is an American rapper and a member of a hip hop
group that released its debut album (a smashing hit,
nonetheless) in 1993. He is known to assume several aliases,
among which X and Y are relevant to this event.
X is also the name of the movie where Coles almost cameoed,
but his scenes were eventually cut off. However, one of his songs
found a place in the movie – the same song that featured in
GTA IV soundtrack.
Coles is so obsessed with X that he released an album of the
name in 1996.
