My circumstances in
situations of left
How to respond to me? /
my selfsolution
My face may sometimes look like
staring at someone`s face strictly,
feeling reluctant or complaint when I
listen to the orders or something
impotant on the job.
In this case, I tend to overlook what he or
she said without concentration more than
other people especially when I`m tired. As
a result, my face or emotion may look like
strict or aggressive face.
This face might occur because of smelling
sense, hearing sense(=oversensitivity), or
certain mental stress. In these stresses, I
struggle myself to understand what he or
she talks to me.
When my face looks like "strictly stearing
at" someone, I am often concentrated on
something or have a kind of stressor(s).
In these cases, I am NOT malicious to
ignore or resist him or her.
【Self Solution】
As stress often causes these kind of looks
and shows people surprise or anxiety, I
built some ways of coping with stresses
both in public and private.
I may feel beingdeeply
accused and frozen
when I hearjokes or
ironies that contain
bad words or swear
words, or I am scolded
strictly withoutclear
reasons.
I tend to accept each language in
each definitons as they are. Certain
words may stay longer and keep
damaging me. Therefore, I may be
exhausted for coping with these
words and may aggravate my
concentrations and thinking
avilities.
*Especially when they DIRECTLY
aimed at myself. So someone is
irritated by their works and then
say such as "yuck..." "Oh no!" won`t
harm me if they are not too
destructive in the way of saying.
The stresses from these words may explode
if I try to carry them too much.
I have several experiences that I was
chronically jeopardized my working avility
because of such accumulated stressses and
fears.
I wish people don`t aim at me with these
jokes, and it will be good safety net if there is
someone to ask about my plights in case.
(*Now I keep accessing clininc and
supporting rganization to maintain my
mental health)
【Self Solution】
If I have to switch the works as a result of
these risks, I usually try to find other things
I can contribute for team.
(Ex.Other member covers the
communication via phone but I cover system
or data manipulations and administrations.)
I`m not good at
understanding the true
implications that may
be included in certain
orders.
Without correct
understanding, I may
finally output
"poor/fault "results.
I am sometimes more unavailable
or slowerto understand some
implications than non-disabled
people.For example,I`m not good
at graspingwhat "this" "it" truely
mean or indicate.
So I may have to ask some
detailed questions whatnon-
disabled people don`tneed to ask.
These questions are sometimes
necessaryto achieve genuine
successful results.
I don`t intend to tease someone when I ask
such questions. These questions are imporant
for me to succeed my/our works. So I wish
people not to say such things like: "You can`t
understand even such EASY things?"(For me,
they are often not EASY).
【 Self Solution】
I also try not to ask same question many
times. SoI`d like to take memos in order to
prevent asking same things and mistaking
repeatedly. And I can also make some
amendments of memorandums for better
works.
