To whom it may concern,
I am writing in reference to Charles Frank, a friend and colleague of mine at Saint John Medical
Center. The word that comes to me when I think about Charles is excellence. I interact with
many nurses on a daily basis; Charles is highly competent. He is proficient, intelligent, and
thorough in his work as I have observed it. And, he keeps the human he is serving at the
forefront of his motivation and service.
Because i have experienced the above qualities, Charles has been a great interdisciplinary
resource for me on the unit at Saint John Medical Center to better serve our patients. He also
has great insight and intuition as I have watched him converse with and serve his patient's on
professional and yet interpersonal level. Charles is a non-anxious presence and the people he
serves and works with feel taken care of and informed. I have had patients and staff alike tell
me this.
I am glad to recommend Charles for the next step in his journey and career. Any employer,
colleague, or client would be in a better position in life and service with Charles involved.
