• Management of EPC contracts, engineering, consulting contracts, other types of service
contracts;
• day-by-day review of the Contractor’s compliance to contractual requirements ;
• development and maintenance of the contract risk register, claims register ;
• preparation and participation in the negotiations raised from claims ;
• development, approvals arrangement and implementation of Service Orders raised based on
MSA (Master Service Agreement);
• Reconciliation and close-out of Service Orders;

(Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contracts based on requisition received through
SAP system and compiled the full tender package;
• Conducted pre-bids, Invitation to Tender (ITT) and Request for Quotation (RFQ);
Wrote contracts requirements and ensured that contractual terms and conditions are defined
in accordance with all applicable laws and in compliance with Agip KCO procurement policies
and procedures;
• Performed Bid openings of proposals received; Performed contractual and commercial
