Purchasing Duties
• Communicating orders information and details to the customers.
• Communicating any promotions to customers.
• Observing sales orders to align the supply capacity to market demand.
• Communicating customer satisfaction survey to customers and analyzing feedbacks to spot any
performance deviation.
• Handling quality claims raised by the customers and drive the processing and closure to meet
customer satisfaction and quality assurance policies.
• Work closely with Logistic Service Providers to make sure the packages are submitted on time and
in the right shape up to customer’s expectation.
• Maintain up to date products knowledge.
Public Relations Duties
• Attend all exhibitions on behalf of Rosa Gold to represent the company and business.
• Manage social media platforms for Products updates, promotions, feedback, announcement, etc
(content management).
• Observing the updates to Company profile and business portfolio to maintain the Brand and
Business image.
• Review all the communication to partners to maintain a consistent, unified and precise
communication.
Translator and Administrator - TGMC as a trainee. - 2013-2014
• Handling the office administration work.
• Auditing the outsourced translations job.
• Translating the urgent translation jobs.
• Attending exhibitions to assist the translation manager in handling the workload related to live
translation and quick business / document translation
Secretary - Dubai Woman Association 2006 – 2008.
• Daily handling of inter-association communication
• Receiving calls, faxes and inquiry and attending them
• Monitoring the time & attendance process and reports.
• Liaising the communication to the media, i.e announcement, promotions, courses advertisement, etc.

• Daily handling of inter-company communication.
• Archiving the communication received from partners, suppliers and customers.
• Front desk handling of customer’s feedback and claims.
