Lead Administrator/Marketing Assistant (2004‐2008)
Procure and maintain all State and Federal Do Not Call lists including annual regis‐
tration for these state lists and the Federal Do Not Call list. This includes paying
annual fees, obtaining Surety Bonds and completion of registration forms.
Provide vendor leads to NovaStar Retail and branch offices. This involves the use
of NovaStar proprietary software programs and Microsoft applications. Also re‐
sponsible for approving and declining invoices from lead vendors as well as main‐
taining spreadsheets of lead and vendor costs.
Marketing responsibilities include proofreading marketing samples, blast emailing
and blast faxing marketing pieces to current and former customers.
Branch Approval Manager (2003‐2004)
Supervise the processing of Branch Manager applications from receipt through
approval or decline. Conduct the initial interviews by phone once an application
was processed, complete a write‐up and made a recommendation to senior man‐
agement of approval or denial.

Process Branch Manager applications and conduct initial interviews and write‐ups.
Make recommendations of approval or decline based on the strength of the appli‐
cant and results of the phone interview.

branches and preparation of broker applications for approval
