2. TRAVELLING TO POLAND
In the day we arrived in
Poland I was so excited: I
have never been there
before and I didn’t know
how it will be.
When we arrived at the
hotel I met my new
family where I will live
next week and I was a bit
shy at the beginning but
after a day I got used.

3. IN THE FIRST DAY
In the first day we visited the town’s
city-hall and we were received by the
major, then we went to the school and did
an ,,Ice-break” activity. It was very
interesting because I met many new
children and they were all friendly.
After this we had lunch, then we had
the ,,Treasure Hunt”. It was my favorite
activity during that week because it was
funny and it helped us to find out more
about each other.

5. IN THE SECOND DAY
In the second day we went in
Krakow and visited an university that
included a math museum with some
practical experiments about math,
some churches, then we went in the
middle of the city to have lunch. After
we had lunch we had an interesting
crime-mystery activity about finding a
thief.

7. IN THE THIRD DAY
In the third day we went to the
school, where we did a students’
workshop, then we went to have lunch.
After that we went back to the school
and made the A.I.M.S magazine. We
were divided in teams and each team
had to make a page of the magazine
and write about a mathematician.

9. IN THE FOURTH DAY
In the fourth day went again in
Krakow, where we visited the
Mathematics University and attended a
lecture. Then we visit again the centre
of the city and we bought souvenirs.
When we came back from Krakow we
had a good bye party. I think it was the
saddest party I have ever been at. All
were thinking that this was their best
week in their lives.

10. IN THE LAST DAY
In the last day we went to the school to
say a last good bye to each other, then
we went to the airport and we were
ready to leave. This was the end of a
very nice week in my life.
