The customer can choosing any of Their hotel which spread around Malaysia. This Presentation is created in order to explore TuneHotels’s website, and to specify their web’s activity instances and to draw the flowchart.

Booking Activity Customer can book online for their room in TuneHotels website. There is 2 way to booking in this online reservation system:  Personal booking Customer can book for personal use. This booking system will ask for 5 step to fulfill this process: Selecting Room Select how many vacant rooms will be book by the customer. Selecting Room Occupant Select how long customer will stay in those rooms. Selecting Add On Purchase Select additional services needed by the customer. Registering Registering Customer profile for booking. Paying Pay the room reserved by the customer. Group booking Customer can book for group/company needed. This booking system will ask for group detail, meeting detail and customer (who’s booking) detail, and payment detail. This system less complicated than Personal booking system.
Sightseeing Company Profile Customer can also sightseeing around TuneHotels to see room model, search about TuneHotels, and other activity in this website. It’s divide into 7 sections: Home contain first page of website, which is the first interface viewed by customers. Our Hotels There is a list of hotel belong to TuneHotels.
