This document discusses the need for schools, teachers, students, and parents to evolve to meet the demands of the digital age (Web 2.0 world). It describes a high school in Serbia that has adopted some Web 2.0 practices like providing students with computers and internet access. The author believes teachers should empower creative and active "Student 2.0s" by having them help create teaching materials. While some students have embraced new technologies, others remain dependent on Facebook and passive. The goal is to create a learning environment for empowered "Student 3.0s" where teachers and students can help each other. Parents also need to become "Parent 3.0s" to provide support in this new digital world.
