The SoteICT project in Kenya started in 2010 and is funded by Slovak aid. It aims to bring information and communication technology training to secondary schools in Voi District and Taita County. The project is managed by Pontis Foundation in Slovakia and Kasigau Wildlife Trust in Kenya. It has provided ICT and business training to teachers and students at 10 secondary schools, helping students develop skills for tourism and banking industries through workshops.

Nov. 10, 2015 Public Services Committee: Corona Cruiser Temp. Re Route
The City of Corona Transit Service will temporarily re-route the Blue Line and Red Line buses between November 2015 and July 2016 due to street widening work. During this time, bus stops near the Corona Senior Center and Library will be closed. The temporary re-routes are being implemented to accommodate widening of Belle Avenue and will be replaced by a permanent Belle Avenue transit loop starting in July 2016. Outreach efforts such as informational meetings and notices have been made to inform passengers of the changes.

Kedainiai Vocational Training Center (VTC) has been operating since 1940 and originally had 4 departments that were united in 2001. Currently, it has 775 students, 65 teachers, and 68 other workers. Kedainiai VTC is considered one of the best vocational education institutions in Lithuania, participating in various events both domestically and abroad. It is constantly improving and attracting more students each year, especially since starting 9th and 10th grade programs in 2014. The VTC offers 31 vocational education programs with the most popular being waiter/bartender, welder, cook, hairdresser, construction finisher, and forwarding agent of logistics.

This study examines the profound emotional, psychological, and professional impacts on students engaged in pro-Palestine protests, focusing on Generation Z's (Gen-Z) activism dynamics. This paper explores the significant sacrifices made by these students and even the professors supporting the pro-Palestine movement, with a focus on recent global movements. Through an in-depth analysis of printed and electronic media, the study examines the impacts of these sacrifices on the academic and personal lives of those involved. The paper highlights examples from various universities, demonstrating student activism's long-term and short-term effects, including disciplinary actions, social backlash, and career implications. The researchers also explore the broader implications of student sacrifices. The findings reveal that these sacrifices are driven by a profound commitment to justice and human rights, and are influenced by the increasing availability of information, peer interactions, and personal convictions. The study also discusses the broader implications of this activism, comparing it to historical precedents and assessing its potential to influence policy and public opinion.
