OBJECTIVES
Music
"the art of arranging tones
in an orderly sequence so as
to produce a unified and
continuous composition".
But when reality speaks..
In reality, music does not have any one
concrete meaning. Music has different
meanings for different people. Music is
unique in each person's life. To a
musician, music is their life. They eat,
breathe, and live music. Music is their
passion. For others, music is a hobby, a
pastime.
Music is Soothing
Music is something that arouses
interest and is pleasurable. Music is a
means of relaxation for some, while
others simply enjoy listening to the
sounds, melodies, and rhythms that
music brings to their ears, minds, and
hearts.
We know what these buttons are..
So can you read it? It’s a little
reminder..
You see.. Music is not just a simple thing..
Now let’s talk about Music’s Family
Here are some of the instruments that are
used in playing Music, let’s define them
one by one..

instrument classified as a string instrument.
The sound is projected either acoustically or
through electrical amplification.

Organ

more divisions, each played with its own
keyboard, played either with the
hands or with the feet.
Bass Guitar

with the fingers or thumb, by
plucking, slapping, popping, (rarely)

Were done on Musical Instruments,
we’ll now go to its genres
Genre
Is a conventional category that identifies
pieces of music as belonging to a shared
tradition or set of conventions.
Like people, music has its own different
categories. Different styles and ways, that will
flow to the listeners.
Country
Country music often consists of ballads and
dance tunes with generally simple forms and
harmonies accompanied by mostly string
instruments such as banjos, electric and
acoustic guitars, fiddles, and harmonicas
.
Acoustic
is music that solely or primarily
uses instruments that produce sound
through acoustic means
Rock
is a genre of popular music that originated as
"rock and roll" in the United States. Musically,
rock has centered on the electric guitar,
usually as part of a rock group with electric
bass guitar and drums.
Pop
The terms "popular music" and "pop music"
are often used interchangeably, even though
the former is a description of music which is
popular.
Hip Hop
• It is characterized by four distinct elements,
all of which represent the different
manifestations of the culture: rap
music (oral), turntablism or "DJing" (aural), b-
boying (physical) and graffiti art (visual).
Jazz
Jazz emerged in many parts of the United
States of independent popular musical styles;
linked by the common bonds of European
American and African-American musical
parentage with a performance orientation.
Gospel
is a music genre in Christian music. The
creation, performance, significance, and even
the definition of gospel music varies according
to culture and social context.
You see.. Music is far more than what
we just hear..
There are different styles, tones, ways,
instruments, and etc; that we can relate to
real life situation. That is why I believe that
Music is far more than what we can just hear,
or imagine.
It can penetrate inside of us..
“It allows a human being to take all these dry,
technically boring (but difficult) techniques
and use them to create emotion. That is one
thing science cannot duplicate: humanism,
feeling, emotion, call it what you will.”
I hope that you enjoy and learned
more about Music!
