Recovery is Eminem's seventh studio album released in 2010 by Shady Records. Originally planned as Relapse 2, the album was renamed Recovery as Eminem felt the music differed from its predecessor. The album contains 19 original Eminem songs and the CD cover depicts Eminem walking along a road to represent his road to recovery, with a medical red cross alluding to recovering from addiction.

towards his album, and could also portray
Akon as a religious being.
The colour of red portrayed in the

power, for e.g fire and blood, this
could show the effectiveness of the
album cover as there is less
emphasises on the red and more on
the actual figure.
The white edgy writing on Akon’s chest may
portray that this album is deer to his
heart, and this is emphasized as is covers most
of his chest. The font can be seen to be

style, emphasizing its importance.

4. Doesn't Mean Anything is a song by American recording artist Alicia Keys. It written and
produced by Keys and long- time partner Kerry its lyrics speaking about the importance of
love against materialism and fake needs. The track debuted on September 15, 2009, on
Keys' official website and was released as the album's lead single the following month, It
attained chart success in several territories. The cover of this CD can be seen to appeal to
the more female, younger generations, this may be because the artist appeals to look more
vibrant and fashion oriented.
The use of pink/purple colour on

the artist way of expressing her
feelings through the title of the
