This document reports a case study of a patient with multiple calculi (stones) in the Wharton's duct of the left submandibular gland. Clinical examination and imaging revealed two hard, palpable masses in the floor of the mouth corresponding to locations in the Wharton's duct. The patient underwent surgical removal of the calculi through an intraoral incision. Analysis of the removed stones confirmed the diagnosis of multiple sialolithiasis (salivary duct stones). The case demonstrates that multiple sialoliths can rarely form in the Wharton's duct and can be successfully removed intraorally if palpable.
