Education & Behavioral Sciences at FHU &
teaches EDU 642 Online - Advanced
Technology for Educators (since 2008). He
is developing FHU’s online M.Ed. in
Instructional Technology to begin Summer

He has been involved in educational
technology since his first Masters level class
at the University of South Alabama in 1983 -
EDM 510: Micro-computing Systems in
Education. He has been involved in PreK -
20 education since 1979.

information with students, parents, community,
administration, faculty, staff, and the world!
Live-streaming is a great way for students and
teachers to share up-to-date information and
receive feedback using the class hashtag.
4. TwitCasting, YouTube Live, Facebook Live Streaming, &
Periscope
ISTE Standards-A 2B: Live-streaming will give the
administrator the opportunity to model and promote the
frequent and effective use of technology for learning.
ISTE Standard-S 2B: Live-streaming will provide students an
opportunity to share information and ideas with classmates,
students in other countries and their teachers.
ISTE Standard-T 3C: Live-streaming will give teachers the
ability to share relevant information and ideas to students,
parents, and peers.
7. To start a live broadcast:
1. Log into the Facebook iOS app or Android app
2. Tap at the top of your Timeline, News Feed or Page
3. Tap “Live Video”
4. Write an optional description for your broadcast
5. Tap “Go Live” to begin your broadcast
