Editor's Notes

  1. The internet café is separated from the reception area by a partition and has 4 stations. We offer tea or coffee and listen to the enquirers concerns and work with them to help determine their needs. We search various websites to come up with options or pathways that may offer solutions. There is no pressure. The enquirer can take the information home to discuss with the family. If they wish, we can help them make contact with service providers. They are encouraged to phone us for further information. Again, we will phone them in a few days to see how they are going.
