The document discusses several innovative projects aimed at helping older adults age independently and safely at home through the use of digital technologies and sensors. It describes projects that use smartphones and artificial intelligence to monitor daily patterns and detect functional decline. It also summarizes a European project called STOPandGO that develops procurement processes to test innovative care models for older people across multiple countries. The goal is to produce standardized templates to help procure 17 million euros in new services for older adults.

Where?
spread innovation at pace and scale across NHS
integrate higher education, the NHS, industry, third sector
improve health of individuals and communities
Bring investment to North West Coast
We have taken a co-created smart phone from the netherlands with 12,000 seniors using it and leveraged it with home sensors and AI
This was an old couple where the AI picked up unusual activity late night at their fridge
False alarm as they had relatives over from Australia
Digital health is a disruptive technology.
It has the potential to radically alter the way healthcare is delivered.
Our systems need to change to make it work
And we can use the AI to watch for it
With a NICE approved platform for people to understand and self report how they feel over time
You can set goals for the conditions you want to manage and get nudges towards the goals and connect to a wider community
We have a strong partnership all along the knowledge triangle of committed, experienced and highly competent partners in academia, industry (Pharma, medtech, ICT, large and small), research centres, testing labs, incubators and accelerators etc.
