I went on the first training course in my store with my manager (at the time) Stuart Brynes. Afterwards he trusted me with
timesheets, overtime, sickness (at sec-co leval), holidays and shift changes. I really like the YPP System for my own use
and when I work with it on a daily basis.
• I am trusted in my present store to put out morning cash and help with till counts.
• I was a sports & social committee member in the Livingston store (05/05/10 - 01/10/10). I with the other member
organised a good few charity events including a charity dance. I enjoyed the organization and helping raise
money for charity.
Career Goals
Over the last year I have been working closley with my managers and store managers making them aware and working
hard as I would like to become a Section Manager. My store manager (Stephen O'Donnell) has entered my name and
details into the system as ready in 0-6 months (the shortest time scale). I also had support from Section Managers; Craig
Stewart and LesleyAnne McRae. Plus my previous store Manager Anne Ballie.
