The warehouse manager is responsible for overseeing warehousing and distribution operations at Modern Pharma in Egypt. This includes managing 11 subordinates and all import, storage, delivery, and quality processes. Key duties are planning warehouse operations, managing imported product overprinting, training staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and financial targets are met, and maintaining regulatory compliance and safety standards. The role oversees 3 warehouses, 10 distributors, 2000 annual orders, 9 million unit annual overprinting volume, and 40 monthly shipments totaling 40 tons. A university degree, 5 years logistics experience, and experience with ERP systems are required.

Job Purpose
Managing the implementation of the overprinting and warehousing activities either for imported
Pharma finished products or imported consumer healthcare products with professional control on
the warehousing environmental and physical conditions to be constantly complying with quality ,
EHS and financial..
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
• Plan and manage the warehouse operations {Communicate with suppliers, checking, receipt, escalate
defect, physical delivery, cycle count, recall, repacking, returns and destruction} at distribution depots
to secure best outcome of warehouse processes in terms of service, quality and cost.
• Manage the implementation of the overprinting activities for imported & local products {tender}.
• Supply Chain projects management
• Provide training and development of the entire staff.
• Accountability for sales performance.
• Focusing on growth and profitability.
• Communicate with suppliers, distributors, employees and head office to ensure that all the
performance criteria and Customer Satisfaction have been taken.
• Control rented warehouse.
• Handling all required CAPA with other GSK responsible department.
• Secure EHS and security arrangements at the warehouse.

2. • Coordination with the Ministry of Health and Building trusting relationships in all function
related MPTC business like keeping file for each product, withdrawing, release and partial
release.
Dimensions of this role:
• 3 warehouses providers
• 10 Distributors with 28 remote WH.
• 2000 orders per year on average.
• Overprinting activities up to 9 million units per year
• Import 40 shipments {40 tons per month on average}.
Qualifications & Abilities
Profile
- 4 years experience in MPTC business.
- University Degree in commerce – Accounting Dept.
- 5 years experience in logistics and distribution. (Pharmacies, hospitals and distributors)
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to contribute to cross functional teams
- 4 years experience BPCS , AS400& JDE Systems
- Demonstrated success in management of projects
- Flaunt English/ Arabic
- Travel approximately 15 %.
